I purchased dryer balls with sea salt scent and they did not work at all on my towels. There was no scent on the towels at all. I also purchased the all purpose cleaner and again a waste of money. Does not leave home smelling like the scent.

I ordered the Zum Laundry Soap an was so happy to receive this. Since I had run out and not had an extra on hand, I took advantage of the special deal to receive two! I love the aroma and the way it leaves my clothes with a not overpowering scent! I also got the Dryer Balls. . . why didn't I do this years ago. Tho, there is a times still some static, the balls help a lot with drying time. I especially noticed it on a big load of towels! Both great products that I highly recommend.

Great as always! The only thing I wish you would change is the shipping. I would buy more often if I wasn’t forced to spend $50 for free shipping. Theres times I just wanted one or two items and I’m not paying twice the price because of shipping charges.

We liked the scent, but unfortunately, the body soap seems very watered down. It pours out of the container without even squeezing the bottle much thinner than normal body soap. It also doesn’t lather well. I was really disappointed. This body soap is not for me. However, we absolutely love the Patchouli laundry soap and will continue buying it!

I haven’t had Zum detergent for a long time I’m disappointed with it it seems it is watered down not as good as it used to be. I won’t be ordering it again
