I would not stop using my patchouli laundry soap for anything. I love this product and have been purchasing it from the local stores. My last purchase was by order. Everything was fine except there was spillage from both containers. The liquid soap spilled on the box. I was so desperate for this soap that I decided to keep the order and not complain.

I love this product. Although the website says it is sold in Target stores. Only 1 store in Kansas City actually has it. So I ordered through the website directly. Everything arrived correctly but it took much longer than I expected. I also got a free sample soap bar but I do not known what fragrance it is.

I've ordered multiple times and never have had a problem until the last order. . 10 days and no update on tracking so I called the 800 number and an actual person answered and was very polite and helpful and got my order updated in like 2 minutes!!! Wonderful customer service 10/10. Always loved the products of course!!! Great company to do business with and would recommend to anyone!!

I like ordering from Zum. I havent had any of my items leak in the box. Pachouli laundry detergent and Soap is my favorite. My skin is sensitive and I can only use limited kinds of laundry detergent, none of the scents I have purchased or the soaps have broke my skin out. I will continue to use.
