I love the laundry detergent, room sprays and body washes, as well as the goats milk soap!!! It's great that Zum has such a wonderful selection of products with healthy non-toxic ingredients, that's very important to me and for my family!! I appreciate when there are sales and coupons trmendiusly!! And I love when the scents I love are available!! Thank you for making and creating such wonderful products for all of us to use and enjoy worry free!!

Great products. Love the patchouli fragrance. Ordered laundry soap, haven’t use yet, but can’t wait to wash my blankets in it. I use the body soap all the time. Great aromatherapy.

Online store and customer service score 5 stars. Amazon delivery inconsistent and gets 1 star. First attempt did not get any product just an email regarding damaged. Second attempt delivered today, no problem with laundry detergent. However, received a 2nd delivery of items that were ordered by someone else. Their invoice inside the box, label on outside of box has my information. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow to obtain return info. Amazon delivery has some issues to work out. Not dependable.

Zum laundry detergent is the best on the market. Clothes turn out fresh and soft without fabric softener. Love it! Fav’s are lavender, patchouli.

I would not stop using my patchouli laundry soap for anything. I love this product and have been purchasing it from the local stores. My last purchase was by order. Everything was fine except there was spillage from both containers. The liquid soap spilled on the box. I was so desperate for this soap that I decided to keep the order and not complain.

I love this product. Although the website says it is sold in Target stores. Only 1 store in Kansas City actually has it. So I ordered through the website directly. Everything arrived correctly but it took much longer than I expected. I also got a free sample soap bar but I do not known what fragrance it is.
