Good communication

I have been using this lotion for years with no adverse effects. It is fragrant but not overwhelming and while I wish it was a bit thicker, overall it is a gentle moisturizing lotion for the body.

Good product, good service. I will be ordering again in the future.

Love the soap! Bring back more choice! You used to sell big bars of Anise Lavender soap. Please bring those back.

Fast shipping, just what I ordered - yummy Zum soap!

Love the great scents and the way my skin feels when using it.

I love Zum!

very good

We all ♥️♥️♥️ Zum soap!! This is the only soap I purchase now. Started using their cleaning solution too & 💜💜💜 that too!

.....

I am overall satisfied. However, I feel that the liquid laundry detergent is to watery. It was much more dense when I first started purchasing it.

I will stay a loyal customer! The products all smell so good and are shipped quickly!

I love the laundry soap as well as the hand soap. Smells great. My only wish is that the laundry soap could be sold as refills (sold in something like a cardboard milk carton or compostable container) so that I could simply refill my previous bottle rather than buy a new bottle. Less plastic in the environment and less cost would be truly wonderful for everyone. I called and suggested this but was told the container could be recycled :/ As everyone knows, there is too much plastic already. If we are concerned about the products we use on ourselves, why not do our best for the planet at the same time?
