I just wanted a refund for what you shipped, I had to clean a huge mess up. Also, the body soap (since the bottle has changed) I have to use twice as much. It’s like it’s watered down. Why?

I fell in love with zum products over 9 years ago. The quality, aromatherapy and skincare are the best hands down. I also bought the patchouli laundry soap and the frankincense wool laundry balls (both are divine) bc my husband and I are working hard to limit the chemicals we use in the house with our 4 kids. I love your products and will be a customer for life!

Did not get a notification for my upcoming subscription order to review, was charged a hefty shipping fee for a very inexpensive item. I immediately cancelled the subscription and decided it was not worth it to order direct.

i was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with your products. i first discovered Zum in the francasence and myrrh fragrance. i loved iit. i have not had any in a while. Your lotion soap absolutely had NO fragrance to it. I should of sent it back but im 73 old and don't have a car. i'll NEVER order from you again! Im sick that i paid that much for a product i could have bought at walmart because your product had no fragrance. Especially disappointing is the fact that i retired from a large hospital 2 years ago and i live on a limited income. So disappointed

I don't usually write reviews, but felt a need to for this product. I used it this morning all over my body after showering. My skin looks and feels hydrated, it soaked right in, not greasy/oily feeling. Maybe it's the Michigan humidity and heat we are in, don't know I just know this is now my go to product.

I first discovered this Zum hand soap scent in a store where I shop regularly. The store only carries the liquid hand soap in the usual bottle, and the bar soap. I wanted to try the body oil too. While ordering it online, I discovered that I could also buy an economical Frankincense and Myrrh hand soap refill in a bag, so I bought that as well. It's a good deal and of course, the scent is great.

I cannot wear cologne. I use ZUM patchouli bar soap in the shower and laundry soap on my clothes. I’m constantly getting compliments.
