I really enjoyed going into the store. I ordered the variety soap pack for my daughter and ended up with some amazing tea tree soap for myself as well! I love there is a physical store to shop in.

Online ordering was smooth & easy Customer Service was ok once I submitted my delivery problem and offered some solutions. Delivery was very disappointing and the products were damaged . The delivery person should have seen this damage but left the box broken open and products broken. I love the laundry detergents and room sprays but will most likely not order online again so I may not be able to use the product as I’d like.

Fabulous smell and effective in the dryer

I live in Kansas City and placed 2 orders for pick-up. The orders were ready for pick-up today, 12-31-2025. I called the store at 3:30 just to make sure that they weren't going to close early and were still open. I got the voice mail that said they were open until 5:00. I got in my car and went to the store to pick up my orders, only to find a note on the door saying that today they were closing at 2:00 PM! Needless to say, I did NOT get my orders and I made a useless trip, all because INDIGO WILD couldn't change their voice mail to say that they were closing early today. That is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! C'MON! You should know better than to change hours and not change your voice mail or website. SHAME ON YOU!

It took awhile for my order to get here.

I just really enjoy the scents and how long it lasts

We purchased two bottles of laundry detergent for the price of one. One bottle is just fine the second bottle leaks. Wish us luck on replacing the leaky bottle with a good bottle. We look forward to doing business with you in the future regarding some soap. By now.

After not receiving my original order, I contacted Zum Customer Service, got right through to an employee in America, she was apologetic and had a replacement shipped out within two days! This company is top notch. Their products are free from harmful chemicals and dyes and everything smells amazeballs! Thank You Zum :)

I ordered frankincense & murrh but due my original order being damaged in shipping. I was sent Frosted Fir laundry soap. It is a nice scent does a good job. I must say once Zum was was notified of the damaged products they immediately sent resent my order.
