I've never received my last order.

I love this product!

The ordered was well packed, arrived in a timely manner, & thebox smelled amazing!

Lemon Lavender is a lovely scent, beautifully balanced. This is our 3rd bottle!

Whether Zum products are dented and on sale or perfect condition, they are the best for great smells and skin care!

Love my Rosemary mint soap, Rosemary spray patchouli lemon lavender and my patchouli ylang. Have reordered multiple slimes.

Would have been perfect except the liquid soap container had opened in transport. Thankfully it didn’t leak everywhere. Otherwise love you products as always!

Great.. I love the smell

Soaps are fantastic. My family has been using them for years. Always a great gift item.

I’ve been using Zum laundry products for many years. I receive do many compliments about the scent in my clothing. I love their products.

I’ve purchased this scent in the past and loved it, however, this batch smells off - almost like Playdough. I reached out to Zum twice about a replacement and never heard back. Won’t be buying again.

Zum is really a good product. Shipping was fast. Easy to use website. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I love all the Zum products I purchase!

I love Zum products. I had to wait one year to order more Spicy Citrus because it's seasonal. The wait was worth it. I immersed myself in the fragrance, with the bar of bath soap by the tub. I love the liquid hand soap, the room & body spray, and the liquid spray cleaner. I also use the lavender to spray myself, my bedroom and pillow at night to relax. I suggest that anyone who's searching for a more natural line of fragrances, for the body and home, try Zum.

Great experience, although, I didn't know this was going to be delivered by Amazon.

received in a timely manner

I love all of the Zum products! The laundry detergent keeps my laundry clean and fresh without harsh chemicals and fragrances, and the cleaning products smell great too. My husband also loves the bar soap! We will continue to purchase for our laundry/household needs!

I had received an email that my product was undeliverable for some odd reason and Zum sent me out another order with no problems

Shipping was fast, product as described, and I've received a ton of compliments!

Good experience
