order # 648285 was not delivered to Dustin Roeslein at 300 Garnet Way in Warm Springs Montana 59756. The package sat in Great Falls for many days. The tracking ID no longer works. my credit card was charged $35. 45 on 1-22-26. I want a credit on my card or this order delivered promptly.

The company doesn’t ship orders out! Twice on 2 separate orders placed 1 month apart, I waited and waited, nothing shipped for over a week. Then I emailed to ask what’s happening and suddenly they ship it out. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Twice this happened 2026
