Other than being a little bit annoying with their review requests this is a pretty good company. Good customer service and the products are what they say they are. Any errors in ordering were mine and they sorted it out quickly.

Love everything about this grinder so far. Used it a few times. Have to hit the bellows quite hard but its not a big deal. I will say you should be careful unboxing: There is a tiny, mostly loose screw at the back of the machine that you use to attach the hopper. When I pulled out my Grinder, that screw got stuck in my packaging, and it's super tiny so you might loose it completely if you're not careful. Getting the screw in was a bit odd as well; there's an internal washer that its supposed to screw through that can fall between the machine. I had to gently tilt the machine upside down to get it back in place and slowly screw the screw in halfway to hold it there. Then tilt the machine right side up, insert the hopper, and tighten the screw properly. I found a few Reddit threads talking about this as well, which helped. Other than that, very pleased. This machine is super quiet, quick, and sturdy. Set my dial to 1 on the rotation counter and 10 on the smaller counter and my med roast espresso beans have ground great.

Overall, I had a positive experience with iDrinkCoffee. Coleman and the team were responsive, professional, and took my concerns seriously. They tested a showroom Profitec RIDE, shared their findings, and answered my questions throughout the process. My only disappointment was that I wasn't given the opportunity to exchange the machine or explore another model, such as an ECM, under reasonable terms once it became clear that the RIDE's steaming characteristics were different from what I was expecting. I also wish there had been more discussion upfront about the differences in steam performance between the Bezzera Luce and the Profitec RIDE, as that would have helped set expectations before the purchase. That said, I appreciate the time and effort the team invested in helping me understand the machine, and I would still recommend iDrinkCoffee for their professionalism and after-sales support.
