Very smooth, no discernible acidity. When used with a milk base drink the first tasting note is chocolate followed by what a I think is hazel nut?

We recently purchased 340g of Haiti Savane Zombie. Going through it rather quickly as it is delicious and flavourful without any bitterness. Using the pour over method and a kettle set to 205 C it is very satisfying any time of the day.

Sometimes when all seems right with the world, there's a bump in the road. After enjoying what I felt was the best bag of Daterra Yellow I'd had in a decade, Heather in customer service was sad to report- no longer in stock until spring. However, she made some great recommendations for other coffees based upon my personal tastes and her help was greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Not sure if it was me (I do believe so), as I had roasted these beans for light medium and tried to brew using chemex, but didn't get the hype that everyone swear by this high end specialty coffee beans! Not sure what could be wrong in my processing or I might go medium! I roasted light to highlight all the notes and brewed V60 to get the max flavor, but didn't find it (for myself yet)!

I like drinking this Decaf Sumatra first thing in the morning before anything else, and I like to take the decaf to avoid affecting my cortisol level. It is bold and I mix it with cream butter and oil to cover me with a bulletproof coffee for the day. it is super creamy as you can see in the video.

it really changed the way I brew and grind coffee. It is super good compared to other high-end home traffic grinders. This is small commercial coffee grinder is super good. That can grind great consistency even in the super fine Turkish level. I love it and I stopped using my other coffee, grinders the Breville, smart grinder, pro and the Barratza
