My Breville's gasket was worn out. I ordered a new one, it arrived within a few days. I'd never changed the gasket in my machine prior to this. Nothing too complicated about it, I'm a 75 year old gal, if I can learn new tricks, so can you! Fast and efficient delivery kept me from having to interrupt my long ingrained morning ritual. You guys are great as always, but, just in case you read these and use them to try to improve. . . . I have mentioned numerous times to customer service that it would be nice if you would include a proper invoice either in the box when it is shipped, or by link in the order acknowledgment or even in your customer "order history" section. As far as I know the only way to get one is still to contact customer service and request one. I can't understand how, with today's technology and the obvious quality level of your website and operation, this is still a thing? You are literally the only company I deal with where this is an issue.
