As you would expect from a Eureka the Mignon Zero is a great grinder that doesn’t completely break the bank. The flat 55 mm burrs with infinite adjustment allows for a consistent grind as your coffee changes overtime allowing you to continually repeat your target shot time and output. The finishings and aesthetics of the grinder are great as well. Super happy with this purchase - there’s good reason why this grinder is loved by so many.

My experience walking in was met with courtesy and professional service. I explained my purpose of buying an espresso machine and the model I was inquiring about. The salesperson explained everything quite well and the education was quite good. Demos of machines were provided. Sometimes the coffee didn’t come out that great, but seeing the machines in person and making espresso was excellent. I had great service for my purchase, the team tested my machine before I brought it home and I have been enjoying the learning curve of crafting a great espresso.
