sually Guatemalan isn't one of my first choice in green coffee beans, but I was mildly surprised at how this turned out. For this I let the heat profile build more slowly holding it longer at around 375 to 400 before finishing it off peaking at just under 500 degrees and fast cool down. I was surprised and pleased with the results. . I have no problem considering future purchases. That said your results and tastes may vary from mine, but worth the purchase.
