I’ve bought this one a few times. It a medium flavour bean, not too strong or light. Great all around! And this one doesn’t sell out the the blue!

As an "upgrade" to my Silvia, the Bezzera Unica is a simple step up, providing everything Miss Silvia did, plus PID and the increased flexibility of the E61 group. Shipping was quick and almost over-the-top in terms of ensuring there was no chance of damage in transit. Setup was trivial, and being able to continue to use all my existing 58mm equipment allowed me to get up and running quickly. It did take a few days to get the hang of purging and cycling the boiler/grouphead when switching to/from steaming, which almost makes me wish I'd held out for an HX or dual boiler. However, this unit is used to make one latte a day. Now that I have the workflow down, the coffee delivered more then justifies the purchase price. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone needing to make multiple coffees on a regular basis, but if you just need one drink and you want it to be good, this machine hits the mark every time.

I bought the coffee brain, fully automatic espresso maker for my husband for Christmas. Not only is it fantastic, the service that I got when I called to see how long it would take to ship an order the week before Christmas, was amazing. I ordered it on a Monday and it was here by Wednesday. And they threw in a bag of espresso beans that were incredible. I really am glad that we are supporting a Canadian company.
