After months of research and reading reviews, I purchased a Bezzera Magica during the boxing week sale here at I Drink Coffee. The purchase did not work out and after several weeks of working with the sales manager and technical help from the service department, that was my choice to try and getting working better btw. The machine had to be returned due to the problems, seems ended up with a flawed machine. I decide to upgrade to the Bezzera Luce as it is the next generation for the Magica. Not only was everyone very good through the entire process, but they honored the boxing week sale on the replacement machine with out any issue. Sometimes things go wrong with a purchase and there are defects, but when it’s handled as well as this was it keeps me coming back and feeling valued as a customer. Looking forward the Luce arriving this week. Thank you I Drink coffee!!

Found most of the parts required for machine repair; except NO replacement boiler (but I DID find one through another supplier which did NOT have the parts that your firm supplied). Next time I think I'll have things shipped; it was a couple of hours round trip through afternoon rush hour traffic.

I initially received the wrong open box grinder due to a fulfillment error, which was frustrating given that my espresso machine was arriving at the same time and I didn’t have a usable grinder. Customer service was responsive and acknowledged the mistake quickly, and they upgraded the replacement to a brand-new unit, which I appreciated. The only downside was that their policy requires receiving the return before shipping the replacement, which meant some unavoidable downtime, compounded by the fact that its winter in Canada and for some reason the return needed to go to Alberta instead of Ontario where the incorrect grinder was shipped from. That said, I drink coffee worked to resolve the issue. Overall a good experience with room for improvement in handling fulfillment errors.
I can highly recommend the Colombian decaf I purchased today. Realy like it!
Service was good
This is our second machine purchased from idrinkcoffee, and we are very satisfied by the help and service we get. From the online chat, to reaching out via email, our questions were answered reasonably quickly. Idrinkcoffee even gave us a price adjustment when the item went on sale a few days later after our online purchase. Just sent them a message and it was taken care of quickly.
