I recently upgraded my coffee setup from a Saeco espresso machine to an open-box Profitec Go from iDrinkCoffee, and I could not be happier with my decision. When the machine arrived, I noticed a slight cosmetic flaw. Since it was an open-box item, it was something I could live with, but I decided to reach out to their sales team anyway just to let them know. Their customer service was outstanding.
