Have been an IDC client for several years. Three machines, accessories, and several coffee orders later, still my reference.

Great fast service and free shipping on larger orders to Canada.

Great customer service.

I had a great experience with I Drink Coffee, especially working with Alex. He was friendly, genuine, and incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear that his priority was helping us find the right machine rather than simply making a sale. Alex took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions honestly, and guided us to the Bezzera Aria. We couldn’t be happier with the choice. It’s rare to come across a merchant who combines this level of knowledge with such a genuine and approachable attitude. I would highly recommend I Drink Coffee and Alex to anyone looking for the right espresso machine and a great buying experience.

Thanks to Emma for the excellent service and fast communication to put on a deal bundle for me.
