The Juicer is super easy to clean so I don’t mind juicing. Instead of it being a hassle like it is with normal juicers it is really fun and makes great juice. I highly recommend probably as one of the best juicers on the market for its price!

Honestly, dealing with Hurom customer service has been very frustrating. Very hard to reach. When they finally replied to message left on contact form, it was to try to change my mind. When I stated that I needed an RMA I got no further reply from them. I finally found a phone number and reached somebody who told me that my emails had been going into spam. She did immediately send the RMA, which was great. However, I shipped back via FedEx five days ago and Have not gotten any email stating that they have received. They would have gotten a FedEx notification. Wrote to them again on their contact form with the tracking number, No response. That said, I do appreciate their return shipping policy and covering the cost. But communication with these people is very difficult.

The chamber replacement for my Hurom H70 was a great . It’s easy to install, cleans up quickly with just a rinse, and works smoothly with no leaks. The juice comes out fresh with good yield, and I spend less time scrubbing. Customer service is beyond excellant!
