Really bad customer service

It was great

The juicier I received is defective or this product is extremely low quality. I used it for the first time today and it immediately stopped working mid juicing. The main body is locked and can no longer be unlocked. In addition to this, the auger is completely stuck to the plastic and cannot be removed. I am seeking a refund.

Worth having for the liquid juices… Not necessarily the thicker ones that are like shakes…

Cold press juicers are the way to go! The amount of liquid extraction is the best and the pulp is very dry. The fresh taste can’t be beat and I especially love the amount of pulp. For an alleged slow press juicer, it churns out juice pretty quick. The large hopper makes it so easy to keep adding ingredients and not having to babysit sit it to make sure everything falls into the chute. The best part of making your own juice is how I could customize it by adding extra ginger to slow down drinking the juice and savoring the flavor. It’s pretty easy to clean, but there are crevices to watch out for. Wish the included brush were a bit smaller & more flexible for those narrow openings. But any kind of cleaning is definitely worth the end results 😋 Overall, definitely happy with this investment.

Love the H70 Juicer. We use it daily. My only issue is the juice jar that catches the juice once extracted came with a small chip on the rim. Otherwise couldn’t be happier. I have referred to two others who have now purchased.

love the look but the pulp is a problem

It doesn’t fully juice it’s more like a fruit smoothie maker that you don’t have to peel the fruit off of

Part fit perfectly and was easy to install. Great customer service as usual

Good for most veggies and fruit, nut long fibers can stay in the extruding area clogging it up and also remain in the machine causing it make a loud alarming sound. mostly east to clean but the extruding area holds on to a lot fiber regardless of the fruit or veggie, so you have to really get in there to clean it.

I really like the easy clean a lot. it's just frustrating that I can't do spinach, leafy greens by themselves and I guess you need a lot of harder produce.
