Machine was packed really well when it arrived from shipping. The instruction booklet should be in color. It was hard to learn how to install and uninstall the little orange piece that helps extract pulp to clean it.

Upon arrival, the auger was broken, which raised concerns about whether the refurbished product had been properly inspected or quality-checked. They did send a replacement auger; however, the juicer is now leaking frequently. I am currently waiting to hear back from them regarding a solution.

Charging extra if the package is lost. the website stated not responsible if the package is lost which stated an extra charge which I never heard of a reputable company doing that.
