Excellence service with broken part

This replacement part worked out perfectly - it fits and functions just as it should, and it was exactly what I needed after accidentally breaking the original.

Needed a new part - first one they sent was the wrong one - then they sent the right one with extra small parts :)

Disappointed. Didn’t realized they’d change the strainer so much since from the 1st Gen or that parts are no longer available or compatible for that machine. Now I have to replace a perfectly good machine because of one small part.
