Would like to return.

I have had 3 different juicers in the past and everyone of them broke or let me down. This Hurom H200 Easy Clean Slow Juicer is AWESOME!!!!!! I have used it several times and the clean up takes just a few minutes. I love this juicer and recommend it to anyone that wants to start juicing.

Machine was packed really well when it arrived from shipping. The instruction booklet should be in color. It was hard to learn how to install and uninstall the little orange piece that helps extract pulp to clean it.

Upon arrival, the auger was broken, which raised concerns about whether the refurbished product had been properly inspected or quality-checked. They did send a replacement auger; however, the juicer is now leaking frequently. I am currently waiting to hear back from them regarding a solution.

So far so good.

Charging extra if the package is lost. the website stated not responsible if the package is lost which stated an extra charge which I never heard of a reputable company doing that.
