No one answers the phone, my issue has not been resolved nor has someone called me. I am still waiting for someone to CALL, not email me.

I'm really enjoying my juicer so far. The pulp comes out pretty dry for most things, with exception of produce with extremely high water content. It's also very quiet. I've made juice several times while my 8 month old was asleep across the room. I was able to snag mine for a deal and I'm so glad I did. One thing that I saw as a possible issue while conducting research was the abysmal customer service. However, I haven't experienced such issues with their customer service. I've reached out several times via email or text and they've always been pleasant and responded in a reasonable time. Do yourself a favor and grab one while it's on sale.

There are no real humans answering their phones no matter when you call. Their support page promises to get back to you within 24 hours. That’s a joke. I submitted a return request BEFORE my unit arrived. They sent a return label and I returned it the next day. It’s been two weeks now and they’ve not responded to any inquiry. You pay them immediately, but they will expect you to sit quietly and wait till they’ve decided when to reimburse you. Customer Service is not a priority. I BESEECH YOU. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This company puts customers last.
