Received cargo trunk mat & it was bent in 3 parts to fit in the box which made it difficult to fit the actual trunk space. Had to use heavy material to get it to stay down in the center & edges are still messed up of the mat

The part came with the Solenoid cover. Genuine honda part engraved with manufacturing country name just as my old part. The shipping was fast and the part was genuine.

I ordered the wrong part and they contacted me to correct it.

I had to send the part back due to receiving the wrong item. Seller stated must be sent with all OEM packaging. The original item was sent t to me in bubble wrap in a box for brake rotors ( I did not order brake rotors but that's how he shipped it) When I sent it back seller state he could not refund me as it was not the original OEM package. I sent it back exactly how he sent it to me
