At first the process went ok, which began my frustration. Once I was able to reach someone on the phone, my opinion about Honda Car Parts Direct changed. I would highly recommend. This is a reputable auto company.

Time will tell the quality of this item

Quality product and shipped really quickly. Shipping cost is a bit high, but I guess that's OK for as fast as it arrived

Right part Right timeframe

Good

Great communication, which I appreciate

Where’s the gasket that was in the picture?

Fit perfectly works great

Good price with fast delivery

My overall experience was outstanding. Their clear communication from ordering, receiving updated status on the arrival of OEM parts to actually receiving my items was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Can’t go wrong with OEM parts , highly recommended

Fast delivery

I ordered replacement glass for passenger side mirror. It was shipped quickly, wrapped well and arrived safely. Was able to change out mirror in under 5 minutes. I thank you, Google and Youtube for saving me a bunch of $$ and time!

I tried to buy this same sun visor online through Amazon and eBay. All 3 times the wrong one was sent even though I gave them my vin #. But hondacarpartadirect got in right on the first go around. Very reputable Online company and very thorough in making sure the right part would be shipped out. It was worth every penny than buying it straight from the dealer and paying 50% more. Thank you guys so much.

All went well. I had some confusion on the emails that came from the order. A quick call cleared it up. Everyone I talked to was very nice. Only issue was, the order needed a signature to deliver. I understand the whys on this but, it seems UPS is hiring dimwits these days too. This added four days to the delivery.

WORKED GREAT

👍

Perfect fit, easy to install, thanks!

I ordered the part from the diagram as best I could and the part that came was not correct. The diagram showed the part but didn’t clearly label it for ordering

Ridiculous shipping charge.
