The online process was great, I found the parts for my car that was needed. The discounts were very helpful, however for the money I spent shipping should have been free. I di run into a few problems with processing my order but that has nothing to do with the online experience. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase and the online experience. The customer service and telephone experience was very lackluster and can be greatly improved.
