Fast service

I put in my ViN and your computer selected the part for me. I got an e mail a few days later that said I had selected the wrong part based on the VIN that I entered. I am glad that there was a safeguard in place but I am not sure why I was given the wrong part to start with. Anyway, the correct part is installed and seems to be working fine.

Item was exactly what I ordered, fast shipping.

I was going to give 3 stars, but the customer service department saved those other 2 stars. I orders a set of fuel injectors, and when I got them the were just piled up in the bottom of the bag. It was due to improper packaging on Hondas part. When I called customer service I was greeted by a nice young woman. She then asked what she could help me with. When I told her the situation, she was more then happy to help. To say the least Im a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them.
