I received Excellent service from your staff ! First, I accidentally ordered 2 pair of brake pads. Your staff notified me of the duplicate order and wisely did not proceed until the problem was corrected. Second, after they corrected the duplicated order, a customer service representative by the name of Jimmy completed and processed my order. I received my order shortly after the order was processed. So far, the brakes and discs are working Great ! A big Thank You, to the staff at Honda Car Parts Direct !!!

We provided VIN number her & glad we did because part we originally were ordering was incorrect but we were contacted before being shipped & we got the correct parts. We took them to local Honda dealer & they installed.
