Dang good site

All good

Great Customer service. Called back to make sure parts would fit properly. Combined shipments to save shipping costs and sent back more than one discount.

I just wish I was told on day of purchase or before purchase that item wasn't in stock and knew it would take as long as it did. . . it just tied me up longer than I planned. . .

Outstanding service! I purchased a set of rear brake pads, and the entire transaction was seamless. The pricing is super fair, the package arrived right on schedule, and everything was packed carefully with no damage at all. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable parts and fast shipping! Will purchase with them again in the future!

Everything is/was great . . decent and fair pricing and delivery "was" excellent . . not sure what changed, BUT all of a sudden the shipping went from 1-2 days(I'm in southern Maine), to over a week on my last two orders for some reason. You should go back to your old system/way of shipping parts.

The experience was outstanding. I really recommended, if you have a problem, just call them, and they will help you with your problem with a smile. Great customer service.

Quick shipping & in perfect condition

Genuine Honda parts arrived quickly and packaged well.

Jimmy was very helpful. He made sure that the Correct part for my 2017 Honda Civic was ordered. Awesome customer support

Good

Great customer service, super fast shipping. Thank you

HondaCarPartsDirect is on point for anything OEM Honda. Customer service ( Jimmy ) keeps in touch with the customer thru out the process. In my case shipping out the parts I need the very next business day which is awesome, as for my new A pipe it fit like a glove no problems there. I also purchase all OEM hardware to do the job once , I pair the new A pipe with a brand new OEM cat converter , as for the job it was very simple as long as you have the tools ! I would definitely will also make any future purchase thru this website ,

Part was delivered in a secure package with no damage. Fits perfectly.

Amazing the part fits perfectly and they will check back with you if you provide the VIN to make sure yhe part you are ordering it correct ! 10/10 , way cheaper than dealership prices

Good product and fast shipping.

Exactly what I needed and good customer service too

Jimmy helped me get one of the parts earlier when my whole order wasn't ready to ship, saving me a lot of time. And they didn't charge me for extra shipping. Thank you!

I have not used it yet
