This is a disgrace! I had a shop professionally install the $450 alternator from hondacarpartsdirect. com. The shop said the alternator was not generating a charge when hooked up. I spoke with customer service and they acted like I was crazy for wanting my money back. www.hondacarpartsdirect.*** sold me a $450 alternator that doesn’t work and refuses to refund me! Help! Police! BBB!

The part I received, although sealed in Honda OEM packaging, had a scratch mark across part of it. I suspect it is the fault of whomever Honda contracts to make the part and not Hondapartsdirect. But I wanted to make note of it.

I missed the package in UPS and they didn't help me look for it and I'm lost because UPS doesn't want to answer me why it's the sender who should make the claim and when I call Honda says they are not responsible in my life I buy a piece again here they are a basuara to help the customer if I could put zero stars I would deserve it
