Perfect transaction and true OEM parts. Bought both the front and back struts for my 2014 MDX from this seller. Delivery was very fast (two days) and they had the best pricing. The dealer told me the struts were a special order and a few weeks out, which was not going to work for me.

I love the floor mat so it’s not a parts or item issue… The whole issue is your overpriced ridiculous amount of shipping fee you charged… You charged me $100 to send for floor mats that probably don’t weigh more than 10 pounds combined in one cardboard box and you charge me $100 with a complete ridiculous amount of money and I had to navigate a very furious wife over this… I was stupid and I should’ve gone to the local Honda store and probably would’ve spent $15 to get what you charge me for $100… I would never ever recommend buying parts from your resource again and you have left a horrible taste in my mouth for the complete highway robbery charge of $100 that you charge me… I hope that rings a bell was some person there who can possibly adjust your pricing. I am thoroughly disgusted with your shipping rate.

The floor mats ordered were in good shape despite the very poor packaging for mailing. Arrived all beat up. Either improperly packaged or treated poorly by transporter. Probably a combination of the two.
