Sent me aftermarket parts. Parts were missing pieces. Does NOT answer the contact telephone. Constant back and forth about them calling me which is a total LIE. Ask to process a refund and all electronic correspondences stopped. DO NOT BIY FROM THIS SELLER. Filed a BBB complaint as well. Still waiting on the call or email to return the aftermarket parts I received in an open box with missing parts. Take heed!!!!!! Beware!

I sent a email and several phone calls for a refund on parts and I’ve haven’t received any response. It has been almost two weeks now.

No problem with the order. Parts came in good condition and fit as expected.

Good quality shipped fast.

Received engine and cabin air filters as promised

No return label sent after wrong part sent. Return was requested.

And when I emailed them about it they never got back to me even after a week

The parts worked out perfectly when installed. What did not work well was the shipping. We paid for overnight shipping, the parts shipped before noon on Thursday and should have been received on Friday, the package was received late afternoon on the next Monday, far from overnight shipping. When I contacted Acura Parts customer service I was told Acura Parts were not responsible for shipping performance after UPS has the package. I’ve contacted my credit card company to contest the overnight shipping costs that were collected.

I did not received any hardware to install the the roof rails, I have been trying to contact costumer service and can not get a hold of them. It has been 1 week.

It was easy to select the part I needed and delivery was easy and fast. Definitely order from this site again

Products came in a timely fashion, but part was broken. Awaiting response from vendor.

The shift knob I received had clearly been used. The threads on it were damaged and it had wear marks on the bottom of it. I sent an email to customer service but got no reply

Product works great the exact parts replacement as the original one.

Love this website now. They called to let me know a part was on back order and gave me an update on the new price of all parts ordered and when they would ship.

Just like going to be local honda dealer but with lower prices.
