It appeared to be thrown together. The box was filthy and just something new item would not come in. Pads definitely were sitting around for a while and little chips off the edging.

Have ordered many parts over the years and every time my orders are shipped quickly and accurately.

Got here earlier in a timely manner. Customer service was helpful. Only complaint is that the box packing could have been a little better. UPS absolutely destroyed the box and I think it was a miracle nothing broke.
