No one picks up the phone or returns a call after numerous attempts! Part and delivery were good, customer service not so much.

One of the parts was incorrect. Never responded to emails or picked up the phone

I was very happy how quickly the part was delivered and it worked perfectly.

My order arrived as described but I received someone else’s order from across the country. I tried to report it but got no answer on the phone.

I did not receive one of the parts in my order #18980, instead another part was included by mistake. I sent email explaining the problem and called three times to arrange return or exchange. Zero response. They just ignore my communications. Very annoying. . . If someone reads this, please get in touch with me.

We’ll start with the call I received telling me that they had to repack my purchase and we’re going to charge me an additional $60. When the shipment arrived it appeared that he boxes were beat up and liberally taped over—I guess that’s where the extra $$ went. Certainly wasn’t repackaged! Next, I ordered two black bike carriers. Received one black and one silver.
