Order 20 wheel studs from them and only recieved 6. Claim to have mispack my order and will send me remaining 14 never got an email with tracking or recieved the package. Never picks up phones call and now they're not responding to emails.

The fit and color match were excellent, and it was simple to put the new ones on the car. Makes it look like new again.

Visors are well made though they did not come with the hardware package so I have not been able to install them yet. Waiting on Customer service to get back to me. These OEM Honda Passport visors require the clamps and pins for securing them in place according to U Tube and then my Honda Sales Service dept. Instructions do not come with your package or at least did not with mine. Most after market visors are just stick on but these being Honda specific have the two holes for the push pins that go with the clamps to better secure them in place.

I have been impressed with the price on parts that I have searched for and has been correct for my car so far. I enjoy looking at the schematic to be sure it was correct for my car. There will be more to order at later time when I need and hopefully the price is reasonable and as I said so far I am happy and not paying for out of the world parts that I believe is too high.

I ordered a bunch of parts for my MDX. Unfortunately one of them was wrong. I contacted them on the website and they got back to me quickly and sent out the correctpart immediately. The guy that I spoke with was friendly and apologized. They got me fixed up in the end which is what counts. I will keep using them because they have good customer service and pricing.

Upon inspection of the PCV valve I noticed the part read Made in Taiwan. This company advertises genuine Honda parts. Real genuine Honda parts are not made in Taiwan. There was also a difference when comparing the old part to the new “genuine” part.

Answered my questions immediately. Bought the parts. Started to install, Found out it was a broken wire instead. I repaired the wire and didn’t need to install the part. Contacted support on returns. They immediately approved the return. I’ll be using them for my next Honda purchases. BTW prices are much lower than going to the dealer. Thank you!

This company sent me parts that were not the part I ordered and not the parts shown on their website picture. It’s been near impossible to get in touch with support it took weeks to get a return mail label, which I used immediately and have yet get my refund now going on 3 weeks since I mailed the incorrect parts back!

Return requested because wing part was sent. . . talked to custumer service and they were supposed to email me a return label. Never sent. Still have the part and I'm out money because I had to buy from the dealer.
