I received my order delivery sealed & intact, but missing 2 items. No indication of a backorder or 2nd shipment. Almost 2 weeks later now and I have had ZERO response to voicemails and emails from this seller. I gave 2 stars for a slightly cheaper price on shipping than others - got what I paid for?

No return call for returning the product

Decent time on shipping. Cost hurt.

I’m still waiting to hear back from your team to return this part. I receive wrong size, right mirror side and wrong color.

Worked with support to return the item. They sent a shipping label and I returned promptly. It’s been 3 weeks without any response or refund. Package was unopened and shipping in original box. Terrible customer service. At this point, doubt I’ll hear anything back.

Order came on time, the break pads are all scattered in the shipping box. Not very satisfied with this. Lack of experience in shipping products.

More than 2 weeks to ship the order

I ordered a part and the three clips/three pins to install. Initial shipment was missing two of clips and two of the pins, meaning I couldn't install the part. I messaged, called, and emailed multiple times to request immediate shipment, but could not get a response or a call back for several days. After making contact about the issue, secondary shipment took almost a week to arrive. I would not order from them again.

I’ve sent several emails and followed up via phone and have stopped receiving any communication back. My order was delayed shipping by two weeks. When I reach out to follow up is when it shipped. When I expressed my displeasure I stopped receiving communication.

I took my car to Paragon Honda and told the Tech Advisor the problem with the car. The advisor said they have run a few tests to see what’s wrong and make the necessary repairs. It was a long wait and very expensive but it is worth the cost.

Honda/Acura parts direct was the only place that had a main catalytic convertor in stock for my 2017 Accord sport. Every other place they were on back order with no availability known as to when I could get my hands on one! Customer service was top notch and shipping was really fast. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone to them for any Honda/Acura parts! Also their prices are much better than your local dealer. If you walk in a dealer off the street they mark the parts up more than 100%. Online places like Honda/Acura parts direct give you an almost 35% discount. Honda/Acura parts direct was cheaper than my local Honda dealer even though I get a discount there because I work in a shop That deals directly with them for their monthly parts contract.
