This company sent me parts that were not the part I ordered and not the parts shown on their website picture. It’s been near impossible to get in touch with support it took weeks to get a return mail label, which I used immediately and have yet get my refund now going on 3 weeks since I mailed the incorrect parts back!

Return requested because wing part was sent. . . talked to custumer service and they were supposed to email me a return label. Never sent. Still have the part and I'm out money because I had to buy from the dealer.

Delivery was quick however I had ordered the brake pads and when delivered it was all dismantled, luckily the auto service guys were able to assemble it else would have been waste of time sending it back and coordinating.

I wrote to your website contact email regarding my receiving the wrong P/N with my recent purchase. No body bothered to even respond or at least explain! Terribly disappointed with this kind of (lack of) customer service.

I’m giving it 3 stars because that department doesn't offer an in-store pickup option for parts; they charge for shipping, take a long time, and don't provide shipping updates, yet they don't waive the fee even if you pick the parts up yourself.

Parts were OEM and delivered fast! Shipping costs were very reasonable.
