The floor mats ordered were in good shape despite the very poor packaging for mailing. Arrived all beat up. Either improperly packaged or treated poorly by transporter. Probably a combination of the two.

Looked for a replacement part for my 2013 Honda Fit and they had it at great price, genuine Honda part, and it fit perfectly.

I ordered a part and received an email saying that the vin number wouldn't work because it was for a Saturn. Which was ok. That year Saturn's had Honda engines and they didn't know. I gave them the engine model number and part number for the part I needed and didn't hear back. I sent several emails. I called two different numbers and left messages. I also filled out the contact form in the website. I got no response Finally, I looked up who owned the company and it was Paragon Honda. I called their parts room and was told they don't deal with the online ordering, but that he would call the place for me. Which he did. Finally, I did receive a call from the online parts store and they said it had been ordered. This was all good. However, I was waiting for this part for a customer vehicle not knowing if the part had even been ordered or not. Better communication would make this company much more professional.
