No issues with parts and arrived earlier than expected.

My order was missing one of five items. I have emailed and called three times each and received no response.

Called for support before ordering, no answer, when someone did answer, they were not professional. Called again, spoke with Roger who got a bit frustraed, called again and spoke with Tyrone, he was helpful but gave me a wrong part even though I reiterated that he ensure the part was correct. He was so sure that he did not even double check and I left, only to find out that he indeed gave me a wrong part which cause me to delay work on my vehicle.

I purchased 2 BRAND new oil filters, and you sent me 2 opened boxes, with both plastic wraps torn away, like somebody was trying them on a different engine. I've tried to reach out to you people but you don't return my calls.

The parts themselves were great however when buying online the packaging of the parts is really defines the company. This where Hondacuraparts failed. The cabin filter was smashed in the shipping box. . the box was too small for all the parts ordered. I’m paying for shipping already only to find out they are trying to ship in a smaller box.
