I have a small issue with the delivery of my order. I have left 2 emails and 3 VM’s and have yet to hear back from them.

They don't answer emails or calls

My order was never received. The shipment tracker told me it was held at the post office, but I was never given information on the post office to pick it up. Then I was told it would be delivered, but it never was. Then I was advised it had been returned for insufficient information on my address. My address was submitted with payment based off my Apple Pay account and the address was correct. Your company enter the address incorrectly as Avenue versus Lane which generated the issue. I now have half dozen email exchanges and a half dozen text messages and no product. I would never recommend ordering from your company.

The new 2015 Acura RDX headlight assembly that i recently purchased did not improve my low beam headlight issue. Sent request about 1 week ago to Honda parts direct email address asking for support. Still awaiting feedback. Called several times and no one is answering the calls.
