Parts where not right

It was easy to find and order the cabin air filter and air filter for my vehicle. I tried to do exact match by vin number and site was unable to confirm my vin number. All is good. Delivery of those items came earlier than the stated delivery date.

Parts did not fit

I ordered wiper blade replacements and only the left side fit, the right was too long….

I purchased brakes from them over three weeks ago, never received them despite number of emails sent and no replies and phone calls and no one answers.

Product did not fit vehicle even though it was confirmed on the website. The low rating is the lack of or actually zero communication after a month of trying to email, call and submit a return request online.
