Never received the items called multiple times kept on telling me they were in lunch and they were going to return my phone call never did, The gentleman from the Acura web site his name was Leo I believe never took the time to call or try to fix the issue

Parts arrived damaged and I can’t get anyone on the phone and no response to multiple emails.

Good but the technician rounded out the lug nuts with the impact gun and put two chips on the face of the wheel

I requested install instructions for a cargo net I recently purchased. The first email reply included a parts price sheet (??) I replied that I received the wrong thing. I tried calling the new parts dept phone number, but the voice line was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I finally received an email with the correct attachment.
