Alternator was received in a box with big holes on three sides. The 12mm nut was missing!! Luckily I had the old one! The way they throw packages around, damages can occur.

I'll be disputing the card with my credit card company as there has been no offer of replacement or refund offered. Rather, no communication. Poor service, if even that.
