I bought the light fitting a while back and have only just got it fitted today. Delivery was very fast. Pendent light is very pretty. I thought it was a bit flimsy but looks lovely up. Wish I’d got the bigger size but that would be very expensive.

Always exceptional service .

I have bought numerous lights and good from Holloways over the years. Always packed up perfectly and delivered intact. Two weeks ago I had bought some lights and I noticed one of them was hanging slanted. I emailed the company to let them know. I didn’t need to send photos, proof of purchase anything. There were no hoops to jump through. A replacement was posted and that was that. The measure of a company is for me not when things are going well. But on how they handle a problem. I couldn’t be more impressed and as I type, I’m awaiting my rug to be delivered. They are so very decent in good or bad times.

Fast shipping, great product, securely packaged

Item in good condition (to be wrapped for Christmas) but the box has taken a bit of a battering in transit so item needed checking for damage on arrival. Good updates re status/progress of delivery.
