I ordered the HAY Two Colour dining table in red by MVS. It took a while to arrive but the communication with Holloways of Ludlow was good and eventually it did. Brand sparkling new and really good quality. The delivery team was also very friendly and considerate. Would buy from them again.

Great products and awesome customer service. Had a slight issue with one of the chairs arriving with a mark on it, but is being replaced without a fuss.

It was very easy to amend the shipping address as the customer service is very responsive on email. Really grateful and being smoothly taken care of during home moving.

Overall very happy - have ordered about 20 lights for a house renovation project and all have arrived in good order. Some delivery delays with lights coming from abroad and also with Tom Dixon.

I ordered a Flos lamp. Only downside was the delivery date but I new it would be 6w

Always a great service

Ordered an item that stated in your home in one to two weeks. Three weeks with no contact, I follow up. Item is due in next week. A week goes by without any update. Contact again. Not in, not going to be in until after Xmas. Item eventually arrives weeks past the expected date, with no updates unless contacted. All for an item available next day from other shops.
