Went hunting for Hay Barra for my daughter who loves this range. Holloways popped up via the search engine and I found what I was looking for at a good price. The goods arrived well packaged and undamaged. Communication was good and the Hay Barra product ordered arrived on schedule.

I live in Bath Uk. Holloways of Ludlow is my favourite shop in Bath. It’s such a joy to visit the shop, sometimes to buy ( mostly so as so many lovely products!) and also for inspiration and advice. I really love the furniture, design and style and all else. The atmosphere is perfect I’m so grateful that Holloways of Dudlow is in Bath . It compliments the other lovely interior type shops and the lovely shopping experience that is Bath. Last but not least the staff at Holloways are fantastic and beautifully friendly and approachable. There’s always a such a nice welcome. Their product knowledge is impressive, and advice regarding how things will fit in the home. It’s nice to be able to discuss these matters before purchase. I bought the light fitting a while back and have only just got it fitted today. Delivery was very fast. Pendent light is very pretty. I thought it was a bit flimsy but looks lovely up. Wish I’d got the bigger size but that would be very expensive.

Always exceptional service .

I have bought numerous lights and good from Holloways over the years. Always packed up perfectly and delivered intact. Two weeks ago I had bought some lights and I noticed one of them was hanging slanted. I emailed the company to let them know. I didn’t need to send photos, proof of purchase anything. There were no hoops to jump through. A replacement was posted and that was that. The measure of a company is for me not when things are going well. But on how they handle a problem. I couldn’t be more impressed and as I type, I’m awaiting my rug to be delivered. They are so very decent in good or bad times.
