Wanted to see it in person but it wasnt in store, staff said I could order to store and return if unhappy. Purchased online and picked up in store, was all very easy and quick, light was just like the one online, very happy with it!

Quality product and very nice design. Well packaged and delivery as specified on the order page. Great choice of well-designed products at Holloways of Ludlow and have made several orders.

Holloways have great customer service and even if you have to wait a while for delivery they either keep you informed or are happy to respond to queries and do so quite promptly. The shipping contractor can sometimes let them down with damaged packaging on delivery (otherwise it would be 5 stars) but Holloways have been good at sorting out such if an issue raised.

Delivery took so long, when I emailed asking for an update I was told there won’t be any further info unless it has been over a month since I placed the order. Luckily it did arrive eventually.

We purchased multiple Old School Electric Prismatic light fittings for a hallway refurbishment. They were very keenly priced and perfect for the project. The staff in the Wimbledon store were very helpful and gave great advice on finish and alternative products. One of the glass elements was broken when delivered. I messaged the customer service team who responded immediately and sent a replacement the same day. I would highly recommend the lights purchased for quality and the excellent customer service.

Fantastic range of products. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was when anticipated. There was an issue with damage to an item but customer services were excellent and sorted it out quickly and fuss free.
