After ordering my exhaust it took about 4 weeks to ship. They claimed it would take up to 5 weeks to ship , so I was pleased with that. After it shipped, I received the shipment in less than 2 days. I did have to pay a tariff to the carrier upon receiving the package of 147 dollars, which is nobodies fault in particular, just thought I'd mention it. I will certainly recommend the Hitchcox brand to anybody who asks me my opinion on selecting an exhaust for any Bonneville platform bike. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Hitchcox.

Excellent responsiveness

The whole process of buying was a pleasure. Tom was incredibly responsive and accommodating of my exploring custom solutions. I ended up going with the reverse cones for now and they sound incredible with or without the db killers in. They’ve made my Thruxton sound amazing and made it look closer to what I had envisioned. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and can’t wait to buy a set of header to complete the look!
