Pipes took a while to come in but that was expected. The company was easy to get in touch with, even with being in different time zones. Would buy from them again for sure.

I had a bit of a delay with customs asking for an HS7 form (not required for exhaust components!), but was able to get it resolved and appreciated Hitchcox reaching out to check in on how it was going.

As you expect being that they are made to order the dispatch time is a few weeks but the wait is worth it, easy to fit and sound great, the logo on the cans finishes them off with a bit of class.

First of all I would like to thank Tom and David for always answering and helping me. The exhaust is spectacular. I thought I'd made a mistake buying a Euro 5+ bike, because the sound seems "reduced". This exhaust brings out the sound qualities of this bike. I'm very satisfied.

Received on time and fitted next day, very straight forward. Fantastic quality and a great look, unfortunately I could not take my T120 out as I went on holiday. That and the weather I had to wait. Wow! It was worth the wait, the bike feels more responsive, and the sound… thank you Tom and thank you to your team, I am very happy with this exhaust, well worth it. Kind regards Simon

the sound is very impressive , remarkable, producing a strong, positive reaction to those that hear it. As soon as I fitted the pipes and started the bike I knew that I made the right purchase. It’s like A well-composed piece of music, of a single instrument played with passion.

They sound good

You should state waiting times on products, I only found out there was a 6 week waiting list after I had completed payment, no fitting instructions or links to fitting videos, it took a lot of messing around to get the new pipes to line up and sit correctly, I left a voicemail on your contact number but received a call a couple days later with someone saying I had a missed call who is this, not great I expect more for the price.
