Shipping was like 6 days I think and they came to Detroit from the UK. Damn, that's faster than Amazon sometimes.

I ordered the item incorrectly for my Speed Twin 1200RS. The Thornton ones could not fit on it. David and Tom helped to have the wrong order returned, the replacement units arrived in a few weeks. The sound and the appearance of those tail pipes make my Speed Twin looks better and joyful to ride. S.

Pipes are nice and sound great, but they pass the import fees to the consumer. If I had know that I would have bought from someone else. Didn’t find out until Fed Ex sent me a notice. It took 7 weeks to ship.

Hitchcox made and shipped my exhaust in a timely fashion. UPS delviered it (stateside) to the wrong address and was not able to recover the package to redeliver. UPS said only the shipper (Hitchcox) could start a claim since it is an international order. So they did, great customer service.
