Great mugs

Customer service has been extremely poor, I haven't gotten any follow up about my mug which arrived cracked, I emailed initially on the 8th and after providing my order number and address I've gotten no indication that a replacement will be sent as of the 22nd

Highwave seems to be a great company. I was gifted with a Roam travel mug. The 1st time I tried to clean the lid, it became unusable. Highwave sent me a replacement lid and gasket right away. Unfortunately the insulation for the Roam is lacking. Cold items don't stay cold very long.

Shipping went exactly as one would want!

I received my order in a timely manner and it was as ordered.

I never received the Deep Hotjo Replacement Top, though I did pay for it. I emailed the company about the missing item, but they never resopnded. Do not order from this company.

Terrible customer service. Never reply to emails. Sent me the wrong product but never fixed the issue they made. Do not recommend. Stay away!

I love double-walled borosilicate, and Highwave are experts with it. Good products, and if you dig in, Highwave is doing some pretty cool stuff in the world too, so thank you for all you do, Highwave Family, and keep it up! =)

I have not received a response to the two emails I have sent about the broken lid to the JOEmo XL Travel Mug. Please replace the lid as soon as possible.

40$ cup came broken. Cannot communicate with the customer service: sending letters but no response
