Awesome! I have never had an issue with hot Joe. I order they send it arrives everybody's Happy. Although I had a minor problem with a mug that I got a while back but the ceramic had not covered the inside of the handle where there was a dimple and coffee was allowed to make contact with the ceramic underneath getting it wet which was part of the handle. As you can imagine the handle having absorbed a bunch of liquid was now wet and capable of getting hot from the microwave. Are you following me here? Anyway the handle was so hot you could not grab it to take it out of the microwave. They replaced it without question. Done! Highwave is a family-owned business made it America What else can I say. Go for it kids You need one of these.

Could not ask for better customer service. I hope you can expand on your colors soon, though I do love the purple.

I’m a huge Star Trek Deep Space 9 fan and wanted to get this mug so I could feel like I was hanging out on the promenade. I was super excited to see Highwave had the “Deep Space” purple color, so that’s the one I got. I love it and it’s sturdy and keep my drinks warm for a longer period of time than a regular mug. I hope Highwave brings back the raktajino mugs so I can have both. ☺️

Shipping with Fed Ex was a bit of an issue but overall service was terrific.
