Received my BrewFish on time and in once piece. On a past order a few years ago, I received a BrewFish damaged in shipping. I contacted Highwave and they sent me a new one immediately. Needless to say, I was impressed with the expedited replacement.

I’m a huge Star Trek Deep Space 9 fan and wanted to get this mug so I could feel like I was hanging out on the promenade. I was super excited to see Highwave had the “Deep Space” purple color, so that’s the one I got. I love it and it’s sturdy and keep my drinks warm for a longer period of time than a regular mug. I hope Highwave brings back the raktajino mugs so I can have both. ☺️

Shipping with Fed Ex was a bit of an issue but overall service was terrific.
