Ordered a a gift shortly after Thanksgiving. Opened on Christmas to discover that the press insert was missing. Emailed on Boxing Day to let Highwave know about the error. By the 12th night I had received a replacement. Excellent product, excellent customer service!

The Hotjo is such a fantastic mug. It fits neatly into the overlap of a Venn diagram of uniquely artistic and comfortingly familiar. Like, it functions just like a normal mug and is easy to clean, but it has an iconic design that improves on a normal mug in subtle ways. It's a real premium product at a not premium price. Shipping was prompt. Could not be happier.

I was really excited to order those since they are a long time on my bucket list. Since I am not living in the US, i timed the order acordingly. Unfortunately you can't choose different colours in different colors. So I wrote the colors in the order note. This got ignored and I got 8 of the same color. The answer was basically, take it or leave it. No apologizes, nothing. It was implied that it was my fault. They product itself is great. I now just have 8 of the same color.

Excellent service. First one was cracked in shipping (not the company's fault) and they shipped a replacement out immediately. Arrived a couple of days before expected too.

I’m a huge DS9 fan. I originally purchased the mug for that reason. What I didn’t expect was that it would be my go to mug. I use it every day. I purchased two. One as a prop replica — never to be used. Another for daily use. I can’t tell you how much I love this mug.
