These are my absolute favorite mugs! I love that they don’t knock over easily. I really wish they came in the 16 ounce size still. The shipping was great and the package was well insulated so the mug was in perfect condition.

Awesome! I have never had an issue with hot Joe. I order they send it arrives everybody's Happy. Although I had a minor problem with a mug that I got a while back but the ceramic had not covered the inside of the handle where there was a dimple and coffee was allowed to make contact with the ceramic underneath getting it wet which was part of the handle. As you can imagine the handle having absorbed a bunch of liquid was now wet and capable of getting hot from the microwave. Are you following me here? Anyway the handle was so hot you could not grab it to take it out of the microwave. They replaced it without question. Done! Highwave is a family-owned business made it America What else can I say. Go for it kids You need one of these.
