The quality of everything shipped to me, and the packaging, was top-notch. I'll be ordering from you again for several more windows.

Good quality made product. Only thing I would recommend is order larger ID than you need by a few thou. Mine was a tight fit.

Super happy with product I received. Good quality and outstanding customer service.

Quality products with excellent customer service

Great quality!

So far I am very pleased with my experience! My order was quickly reviewed and I really appreciated the time taken to enusre everything was correct. I am looking forward to receiving my custom rods!

Customer service was very helpful and responsive to my questions on my order. I found their website also really helpful to walk me through all the items that I would need. Quality product and experience. Highly recommend.

The curtain rings that we ordered with the “C” shape are an ingenious way to allow curtains to glide over the center support. The metal curtain rod has no “bump” to inhibit the glide of curtain rings either. Our curtains are over 11’ in length and the movement of the curtain hooks over the rod is smooth.

These curtain rods are beautiful. Unmatched in craftsmanship. Will never buys rods elsewhere.

I ordered the 2" metal rod in black with finials. (Rod is 132" long!) I love that the rod is spliced and not telescoping, so the curtains slide along easily and it looks so much better than a clunky, wobbly telescoping rod. The workmanship is outstanding. Everything fits perfectly, finials screw in smoothly and tighten well. Splice is in the middle and is virtually undetectable. This rod exceeds my expectations and I will definitely be buying from HF again.

Great experience! The rod is high quality and looks great! The hardware looks so nice. We had a 12ft span and the rod handled it with no issues!

Excellent product, quality superb! Thank you!

I have now used Highland Forge for 2 large orders, and they are fantastic. The first was a custom rod order, with very unique dimensions. Working with Mark, we got it figured out and he helped me place the order. Timing was amazing, and now that its up, it looks and fits perfectly! Highland Forge is now my go to!!

Team very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mark was most helpful with placing my order. I was trying to order a drapery rod that could fit over an existing blind that came out from the wall almost five inches. I had several questions/concerns that Mark helped with. He was very kind and patient. With all the AI in place these days, it was so wonderful to talk to a real person who was as nice, kind and helpful as Mark.

Extremely high quality product, combined with smart personal service and speedy delivery.

Exactly what I needed. I’m impressed with the quality. And I’m pleased with the care with which everything was wrapped and packed for shipping.

Very helpful customer support and arrived on time. Looks great. 👌
