As a Designer I’m very selective for my clients and myself for that matter. Highland Forge offers a large range of custom forged and made drapery rods. I’ve primarily used them for cafe' and French rods. The French rod hardware has a connector that is completely hidden by the drapery and because all of the hardware hangs below the rod, you can go all the way to the ceiling or if necessary to the immediate edge of Crown moulding. Its connector is why I initially started using them. Plus the customizable lengths make it perfect for easy installations. The price point is fantastic especially given the quality is flawless. Add to all of the above, the customer service is terrific. You not only get a human, you get a nice human who is more than willing to help and takes the issues seriously, I needed a few extra parts and pieces for a high end job and it it was taken care of immediately and kindly!

I ordered from HF as I wanted a really high quality curtain rod for the nicest room in the house. The end product is beautiful. I especially liked that I could choose the finish, and all the order options were explained in their measuring and ordering Instructions. It’s funny, the curtains are up now and look great, but more people ask me where I got the rod than where I got the curtains! Will definitely order here again.

The double, extra long rod I ordered is gorgeous in a brushed gold color. It's got a beautiful shine, very heavy duty and I was able to install it myself. I'm so glad I spoke with them before placing an order. I emailed pictures of my space and they advised me on a gold finish that would match better than what I had picked out. I'm SOOO glad. I ended up ordering samples of both colors, and they were 100% right about the color. The spliced rod is undetectable, very well made and the toggle anchors work amazingly well. Definitely get them if you have sheet rock.

As a designer I am always looking for affordable, high quality items with great customer service. Highland Forge Hardware is that perfect fit. Will be back.

I think we've purchased from you before. Twenty years ago, we walked into a big box Lumber store and saw that there was a company that made custom wrought iron hardware and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had decided recently that we needed more curtain rings for our double rod because back then we neglected to purchase the rings for the smaller rod for the sheers. When she found you guys online,she thought there was something very familiar about your hardware, so she decided to give it a try and hope it would be a very close color match. It was exact! Same size, and the same color! SO we both want your company to know that we still love our curtain rod we purchased 20 years ago, as well as our new rings!

I was having a hard time finding curtain rods in white that would fit all of my windows. As a result, I went the custom route and am very happy with the quality of the products and the aesthetics. Just what I wanted! Customer service is excellent and I would not get curtain rods anywhere else. . .

Exactly the part I needed. Retail offerings are too flimsy for a long rod and this one is sturdy and elegant.

After days of research online on where to order quality window curtain rods, I finally decided to try Highlanf Forge. I ordered Stainless Steel Rod set with Straight Ends for Straight Window and I was impressed with their quality control. The finished product is flawless, very good attention to detail. Their staff, Mason, is friendly and proactive. He contacted me after reviewing order and discussed possible finish mismatch between the rod and the finials/bracket. The problem got corrected right away. The last but not the least, their shipping packaging leaves no room for your product to get damage on transit. They did not cut corners in putting protective cushions and tape. I seldom put a detailed review on the purchases that I make but I guess this company earned it. Keep up the good work!
