Fantastic product. Excellent customer service. I will highly recommend. To anyone that needs Highland’s services

Highland Forge is the best there is. Customer service is top notch and the quality and beauty of the products is unsurpassed.

My installer introduced me to HF. Since then, they are my go-to source for French return and rod/ring hardware. The quality is superb with no sagging and a good array of finishes. In one instance, a client decided later that sheers needed to be added. HF was able to retrofit the existing brackets to accommodate the additional rod needed for sheers. Their advice ad direction has always been spot-on and my installer remains a happy guy.

Product was very nice quality, this was our first order. I am however disappointed in the fact that one rod/bracket set did not work for the angle that was presented when ordering. I spoke to Mason and a solution was offered that I then realized also would not work with the existing rod as it is not made to receive a finial. This should have been caught initially and certainly during the second conversation.

Needed a solid metal or allow rod based on the weight of the drapes and the Highland Forge rod arrived and has exceeded our expectations. The order process was relatively simple, inutiutive, and everything including hardware arrived as expected. They recommend using a half-inch drill bit and toggle because of the weight, which is a large hole, but we were able to secure into wood on one hole.

We love the hardware from your company. The quality is wonderful and the finish is flawless. Everything arrived in the estimated arrival window. We will order from you again as the need arises.

The curtain rods and hardware were well made and sturdy with a nice finish. No sagging of the rod with heavy curtains for a total length of 11 feet - 5.5 feet between brackets.

We always have a great time working with Highland Forge

Three stars for my measurements and five stars for their product…… make no mistake. It was expensive, but I have never seen anything like it in anyone’s home…… it’s an eye catcher, and worth the money….. most of our visitors compliments, the wife’s overpriced ,custom curtains until they see what’s holding it up and that’s where the conversation begins…..

I have been very happy with Highland Forge products. Everything came in perfect. I ordered the glossy brass rods, finials, brackets and rings. The color is more like a beautiful antique brass finish. It is not super shiny despite the name.

We have ordered drapery rods and rings from Highland Forge for the last three homes we have lived in … and feel they offer the best product on the market. The Todd are sturdy and never sag over time. The quality of the finishes - and we have ordered both black, bronze and the two shades of gold hold up well and are beautifully finished from the mfr. Can’t say enough about Highland Forge - a wonderful company that makes and stands behind their product ! Would order them again if we move and need rods and rings a fourth time !

Mason was incredibly responsive and helpful. Wonderful and efficient experience. Thank you!

I have a window with roller shades that had to be exterior mounted due to the sill depth of my window. This window was enormous, at 90” long. I needed a curtain rod that could span that distance, with no midpoint support (due to a small gap between the frame and ceiling), with a French return and a 5” reveal so that the curtains wouldn’t touch the shade box. I scoured every possible place, and not a single solution existed for this specific problem, except Highland Forge. It shipped fast, and it fits our space perfectly. For anyone willing to pay for a custom curtain rod I have been recommending this place since. Extremely happy with the result. Some additional notes: I was pleasantly surprised by the overall finish. We went with the brass/bronze (not sure of the exact finish name), and I was expecting a single electroplated layer that would be prone to scratches. Seems it has a protective coating on it. My one request would be to consider including some number of wall anchors with each purchase. Not because the cost is all that high for the quality of the wall anchors, but because realizing you need wall anchors adds time to the whole process, which can be slightly inconvenient. In my case I honestly just forgot to order them until my rod arrived and I wished I had them earlier so I wasn’t waiting.

This product is amazing and worth every penny. Great customer service.

Great product and service

Great product; very knowledgeable

The opening on the C-rings is wider than stated in the description on line, so they fall off my rod. They are useless to me.

I would highly recommend Highland Forge for your curtain rod needs. The quality of the curtain rods we received is excellent. We needed custom fitted rods for our porch where we have an eating area. The customer service agent worked closely with us to ensure proper fit, and the custom rods are spot on.

Nathan was so helpful with creating my order and ensuring that I would have the proper fit for my specifications. I truly appreciate all of the help and even answering my questions after installation.

high quality products and attentive customer service
