My recent email interaction with your customer service was great. I got clear answers to my questions very quickly! I'm still trying to decide what to do for the curtain rod in the living room, but I am very happy with the quality of the rod I bought from you a couple years ago for a different room.

Solid Hardware for the curtain rods, pricey but worth it if you want quality other than other stores. The only downside is that you have to wait for the production and could take sometimes.

I have now used Highland Forge at least six different times and every time they knock it out of the park. The quality of the product is absolutely the best and their customer service is top-notch. On one occasion, they reached out to make sure my order was correct because they noticed I was missing a piece of hardware. I was so grateful they took the time to make it right for me!

There is something to dealing with the manufacturer right here in America that makes everything smoother. Of course it makes us feel good to give the work to those here, but also there is a level of service that is simply higher. The quality was exactly as we had hoped. We talked to them several times and all were professional, courteous, knowledgable and extremely helpful and grateful that we were giving them our business. Could not fathom going anywhere else. As a matter of fact we placed our second order after getting our first for all those very reasons.

Wonderful- very impressed with my order

Quality piece of Hardware. The directions HF gave to obtain a correct measurement were exact, and the rod fit perfectly. They also caught my mistake of only ordering one mounting plate. They emailed me and asked me to make sure I only wanted one, I needed two of course, and I was able to add it to my order with no problems. I half expected to have a problem with the fit, but I was pleasantly impressed when it fit exactly as Highland said it would by following the measurement guide.
