I purchased a curtain rod from Highland Forge and it exceeded every expectation I had. The craftsmanship is extraordinary — substantial, beautifully finished, and incredibly solid. You can immediately tell this is not a flimsy big-box-store rod. It feels custom and high-end in every possible way. I needed something strong enough to support heavy pleated curtains, and this rod handled them effortlessly while still looking elegant and architectural. Working with Highland Forge was a great decision. I called twice with different questions and was treated so nicely and got the answers I needed. When my order arrived I was so pleased with the product. Beautifully made rod and rings!

You guys are a Hoot!. I really like the style and finish. But as I unpacked I couldn't figure out how the brackets secured the rods. Then I checked your website (because no instructions were included) and found out I should just use a little duct tape to increase the friction. And "Oh, By the Way" I could have added set screws if i wanted them. Which no one mentioned while placing the order. John Foley

When order is submitted , a confirmation email is sent but a summary of your order is not included. You have no way of retrieving a copy of your summary unless you set up an account at checkout . My email went unanswered - it’s been 2 days ( although a weekend ) I just would like a reminder of what I ordered
