Top notch quality and excellent (human!) super friendly customer service. It is a treat to order from Highland Forge. My clients are always so pleased with how easily the rings glide and how sturdy the construction is.

Really excellent experience. The team guided me through the selection process and was quick to respond when I realized I'd forgotten to add one small item to my order. The snap toggle drywall anchors are fantastic. Easy to install and very secure. Everything arrived safely, thanks at least in part to the excellent packaging. All the rods were clearly labeled, and well constructed. We would absolutely order from Highland Forge again.

Love the rods! They are sturdy and easy to install. I love not having a center support and there is no sagging!! . I was shorted two screws from my kit… But assume it was an accident. Again, really an excellent product!

I would have liked set screws to hold the rods in place. We used double stick tape on top of the curve of the brackets to keep the rods from slipping back in forth when opening and closing the panels.

Very efficient at sending me the rings I needed in a reasonable time frame.

I couldn’t be happier with every component for a new drapes. Both spanned 100”. I loved the first one so much I replaced a previous curtain rod and components. Look incredible, STURDY, just perfect.

Rod was nice but rings are cheap and broke upon installation. Had to order new ones and wrong size sent. Too much friction for this price point

I have had my highland forge curtain rods for a few years and love them. When a filial end broke they replaced it right away.
