Service is excellent - the best I’ve experienced in quite a while. Mason has been very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

We purchased a set of French returns curtain rods, bypass brackets and rings. The rod measurements were precise and the finishes high quality. Customer service people were outstanding.

Customer service was amazing. Rods took some time to get delivered due but packages arrived with everything I needed. On the pricier side but the rods are definitely high quality, heavier, and the seamless design is thought through. I love all the rods I received from this company. My favorite finish is definitely the dark antique brass I got for my master bedroom rods. I was worried the rods are going to look very antique in person but no, it had that “antique” finish but more on a dark gold brass side, so pretty in person!

Great customer service and product. Well done!

Service was excellent, the product is strong and exactly what I was looking for- it even arrived before the quoted timeline.

5+ Stars for Highland Forge! We ordered 4 long rods, stainless oil rub bronze, wall-to-wall style. First time we had ever used that style and measurements need to be spot on. Highland Forge assured me I had all the components needed for our project. Arrival time just as they stated but so well worth the wait. I was so impressed with the quality of the finish. All items extremely well packed and protected. Every item was labeled and the exact measurements we ordered. Don't get in a hurry and buy a sub-par product just so you may get it quick. Go with Highland Forge and you will not be disappointed.

I had a rush order to add passing brackets and rings to a rod that whose anchors are pulling out of the wall ! Everything arrived as promised and I was able to get help looking up the old order from three years ago.

Ordering is simple, quality is great & price point much better than most custom hardware in similar quality.

I am very happy with the product, it is great quality.

We had an issue with our order and needed to phone customer service. The issue was fixed very quickly and we love our new curtain rail.

So far everyone has been excellent. I would prefer to give a more complete review after installation. That will be end of August.

Very good product.

All the rods that I ordered for my son Eric are great, you are my go to company for hardware now!

We purchased five curtain rods from Highland Forge and were specifically looking for long rods that would support heavy drapery without sagging. These rods delivered exactly what we needed. Our longest rod, installed in the primary bedroom, spans 143 inches. We were concerned about finding a rod that would both look attractive and remain sturdy without bowing in the middle. After having them installed for over a month, we have experienced no issues at all. The rods are well-made, sturdy, and have maintained their appearance and performance. I would highly recommend Highland Forge curtain rods to anyone looking for a quality solution for large windows and heavy curtains.

Ease of ordering was great. Had a customer service person reach out to ensure we had the correct parts and fit before placing the order. Order arrived on time and was easy to install. Looks great!

Very nice, heavy rods. Love that I was able to order these directly from the manufacturer at just the length and style I wanted. Manufacturer super prompt and pleasant when answering questions before I ordered. Shipped faster than I expected.
