My experience could not have been better. Because of a technical misunderstanding that was my fault, Ford one of the shop staff did everything he could to modify my stainless steel curtain rod hanger brackets to fit my curtain rod purchased from a local supplier. What more can a buyer ask for?

I appreciated the assistance given to ensure I ordered the correct sized bracket. The double brackets are beautiful and sturdy.

I absolutely love the drapery rod with French returns I ordered for my 12 foot wide sliders. The rods are extremely well made, and with only one bracket in the center do not sag at all due to the substantial rod. The antique brass finish is beautiful. I will definitely order again as these are worth the price.
