I had a very specific application and Highland Forge helped me to achieve the exact results I needed! The drapery rod was perfect for my limited space and in turn the drapery was beautiful! I had 3/4" for a center bracket to be installed- the horizontal center bracket was perfect!

The product is fine but I could have used more assistance in measuring the brackets, especially since they’re custom made. The center bracket (for reasons I do not understand) is still not the right size and I know I cannot return. So now I have four brackets I cannot use.

We had a wide and long window span fortwo windows with heavy, velvet curtains planned. The solid construction of the curtain rods and brackets easily met expectations. But, the review here is about the service. I reached out to verify the brackets would work and received an instant response. Then, when a couple brackets were needed due to a seam, customer service reached out, I confirmed, and it was added to my order. Flawless service and product.

THE place for custom curtain rods without paying designer rates! Took my measurements and placed my order online. Soon my order was double- checked by a live person by phone and acknowledged via email. Delivery came within the specified timeframe; items were beautifully and securely packaged. All items ordered were there. It was weeks before I was able to coordinate with a handyman to help me hang these curtains. I didn’t understand how the end caps fitted onto the rod, placed a quick call to their office, and received an immediate answer. The curtain is up, and a single 144” panel moves silky smooth across two bypass brackets. I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic product! We just installed our new drapes today with the rod and accompanying Highland Forge hardware and it looks fantastic. The hardware is extraordinarily well constructed with a wonderful finish. The company is very easy to work with and has excellent communication and when one calls them a real person answers the phone and knows your order without the order number, just your name! The number of finishes offered is enough to fit any decor choice as are all the accessories. And I cannot praise enough whoever packs the products for shipping! Superbly organized and protected well enough to survive any shipper! The absolute highest marks - and even better - the product is Made in America. Happy to give them our business. Rod was 164” and the new rod and all workmanship was great. And delivered right when it was promised.
