I love the product, but their policy of being unable to update a shipping address or cancel an order, even if it is only 10 minutes after you place the order. Customer service can’t do anything to help, and I have to wait weeks in order for the shoes to be shipped to the wrong address, and then returned before a refund can even be issued. So, due to this policy, I will not receive my shoes for weeks or be able to receive my money back if I do not choose to reorder them. This is the only company I have heard of that you cannot change anything for weeks.

Me and my sister saw the shop and went inside to find my sister a new shoe cause hers was falling apart. We were helped by Nilvado. He was so patient with us, helping us finding the perfect size without complaining. He even suggested some designs that were cute. Thanks to him, my sister doesn’t have to walk barefoot home. I have never been a brand name shoe buyer, but I love this brand so much. I haven’t had any issues as I see most of the low reviews are due to customer service, but the shoes themselves are absolutely awesome everytime. Always comfy and I work with kids so it’s so nice to be able to slip on my shoes quick and easy. I love that they have several shoe types but they all are no tie! I will continue to buy from here

I’m not sure what happened this time. I received the package cut open so I looked at the shoe box which was also cut open. I can’t even wrap the box for Father’s Day. Very disappointed this time 👎🏼

I love the shoes! But I usually buy from Amazon. I used the website to get their promotion $20 off $100. Added 2 pairs to my cart and bought them. I guess one was out of stock. Got no promotion even though I purchased a 2nd pair that day. Will continue to use Amazon.

Ordered shoes from here. They promised a 3 - 5 day delivery time. It's been a month and I am still waiting, I have been given no emails or notices as to why I haven't received my shoes or any information given for an expected delivery date. I had to get shoes somwhere else and will not order from Heydudes again

I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on may 7th. I got confirmation On the 9th of shipping. However the tracking number never worked. I placed a call on the 13th and was told I had to wait until the 20th and call back. I called today, as its the 20th. They said it was lost in transit and they could offer replacement. I declined and asked for my money back. I now have to wait 7 business days for that. Save your money and time.

I purchased a pair of shoes. I ordered UK size 10. The company sent me US size 10 and I’ve been trying organise a return for 2 weeks and nobody responds or does anything. I filled out the return form and have heard nothing. They claim to have easy return and refund processes but obviously not. And it was their fault - they sent me the wrong size!

Outsourcing there customer service to India. They do absolutely nothing for you. My package been saying for 4 days now that it will be delivered today. Still haven’t received it. I talked to shipping company they said the package is lost to either get a refund or have heydude reship another one. They won’t refund me. I ask to speak to a supervisor and they don’t let you. I ask for corporate number they don’t give it to you. Extremely upsetting.

I placed an order two days ago. The checkout process made me go through the shop app. I had to update my address because I moved and I had to enter my address twice one time for shipping and one time for the billing. Let’s just say that the billing address, but the shipping address shipped to an old residence that is over 3 1/2 hours from my home. I called within 10 minutes of placing the order and spoke to someone. I called immediately when I realized that it was shipping to my old address but it took 10 minutes to get someone that customer service representative told me that I would have to either contact UPS to try to have the package rerouted or to call my bank to dispute the charges. Apparently their policy is no cancellations and no rerouting of packages. I called the bank. They told me it might now be accepted because I placed the order $104 btw. Then I called UPS because my bank said they couldn’t do anything on their end but they were going to try to put the dispute in UPS told me that a dude had security lock on the shipping and they are the only ones that can request the shipping address be changed. Today I called them back to let them know my results now they are telling me there is nothing that they can do until the delivery is delivered to the wrong address. Honestly I am so beyond mad at this point. I will never buy anything from them again.

I took photos and emailed customer service. They apologized, sent a link to choose and order another pair on them. Today they arrived and I'm thrilled! Thanks!

My order was delivered to the wrong place, so thinking this was any other modern company I would contact customer support for help. They were very rude and I was not aware any company has a policy that says you are basically out of luck if they are delivered wrong. I will not be buying heydudes again. This is why Amazon, Etsy, and eBay is so popular because they have policies that protect the buyers. Never again!

I would give them a 0 if it allowed it. The customer service at Hey Dude is atrocious and incompetent. They send canned generic responses to every single email and don’t even read. Seems like the have robots working there. I paid for expedited shipping, the package came 17 days after the promised date. Refused to refund me for the service I paid for dispute returning the merchandise. Disputed their negligence with my bank, and they lied to my bank regarding the services paid for. Order these shoes inly through a 3rd party so you dont have to deal with their horrible customer “service” repa.

So I am a big fan of Hey dude shoes. However I recently purchased the new H2O water shoes and I am very disappointed. I fish bass tournament’s and can be in a boat for 8 hours or more. Tried these for the first time and unfortunately once they get wet, your feet will stay wet all day. Not a pleasant feeling. Couldn’t wait to take them off. They do not dry out. Money not well spent.
