On Friday , July 27, 2025, early afternoon I stopped in this HEY DUDE Store to ask if I could buy another pair of HEY DUDE Wally Linen shoes identical to the pair I was wearing at that moment. JULIET quietly and gently went into high gear, but immediately told me that she believed that that model had been discontinued HOWEVER it could be ON CLEARANCE, but she would check. JULIET no sooner began on her way when STACEY arrived to calmly let me down with the news that I was out of luck. Those two very sweet women, with amazingly unobtrusive precision brought me various models of HEY DUDE Shoes all of which 'THEY KNEW' I would enjoy as much or even more than the WALLY LINENS. On the sidelines INGRID was filtering JULIET and STACEY with possible other good choices. Their individividual and corporate kindnesses were overwhelmingly kind. I could continue for a few more paragraphs, but I think you may understand. With those three there is a warm, helpful atmosphere in that store witch made me feel like I was the only person in the store! JULIET, STACEY and INGRID are a huge asset to the HEY DUDE BRAND. B R A V O ! P. S. I did purchase 2 pair of HEY DUDE SHOES. I will be back. (Maybe to visit with those great young professionals)

Horrible customer service
After receiving these shoes I went into your system to file a return for one of them that hurt my feet as they did not fit. I thought the process had been started. But when I returned when I went to my UPS store. A few weeks later, I had found out that it was not completed and since it was 30 days after the purchase date. I could not even do a return. . Absolutely. Horrible customer service, who doesn't give their customers 30 days from the time they get it till return something if it's not right yet. I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that are going to goodwill because they don't even fit that I wasted my money on. This will be. The last purchase I make for your company after this experience.

Poor quality and worthless warranty
My wife purchased these black Hey Dudes "leather" Bradley boots and while they are comfortable, the quality is cheap. Pleather is falling apart and the top is separating from the sole. Cheapest quality shoes I've ever owned. Extremely disappointed because they were upwards of $100+!! Never again!

Work dudes
Let me start by saying I do absolutely love hey dudes I have over 10 different pairs. I recently bought the work dudes that are supposed to be slip resistant. I was so excited. But unfortunately I was a bit disappointed, they are not slip resistant at all, in fact in my opinion they are more slippery than the regular dudes. I will definitely stick to the regular dudes from now on

I sent a pair of shoes back and requested, an exchange, another size the same day. It has been a week. I returned the first pair but the new pair is “still in processing” a week later. They cannot tell me when they will be here, when they will be shipped or cancel and give me my money back. I ordered them for a beach trip and we leave tomorrow. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they barely speak English!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I get a happy email saying my shoes are delivered. No such delivery. I wait 24 hours and check the uPS tracking. It has a "proof of delivery" photo that does not show a package, and also isn't of my house. I contact Hey Dude and talk to a, well, dude. He says they are having this problem a lot and if the actual package isn't there in 6 days, to contact them again. I say there is a fraudulent POD and he is dismissive and ends the chat. Well, you lost the chance to get a new customer HD. Don't appreciate this dismissive dudeliness and don't definitely need this buck-passing and take-more-time-out-of-your-schedule-to-make-sure-you-aren't-charged-for-a-thing-you-never-got. It ain't an honest mistake if there's obvious fraud. . . (not that honest mistakes should be dismissed either, and it's still time out of my day next I have to make sure I actually get the thing or get a refund)

I was on YouTube and a AD about hey dudes shoes came up. I thought it was a real. It actually www.wardshopp.***?handler. com . It had a bunch more after handler, I still see the ads on YouTube. It's a company out of hong kong- Whatech Mobile Co. Limited-Mobisummer. This who is behind the ads on YouTube. I should of knew when it said free shipping if you spend so much. See free shipping is a way to apologize for a fake issue. They can make up any reason why shipping is slow. Then they say we will refund you 20-40%- Only to say it could take up to 20 days before it show on your statement, but they say "I refunded it today, so whenever YOUR credit card gives it back, that's on them. I dislike thieves. I Lost over $100. 00 and my time. I hope this helps the next person and watch for these out the country shipping companies they are working with them. I emailed pictures on my Wally shoes that the sole liner is coming off of the sole. Customer service says it's not covered because they don't cover shipping damage. Are you kidding me? They're falling apart not damaged!

I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company that communicates, arranges and deliver in such a short period of time. It just blows my mind! The joint business done by HeyDude and RAM couriers is insanely good! I am literally speechless! Thanks so much for the service delivered definitely an 11 out of 10 from my side. In Nov 2023 I was looking for a pair of easy slip on slip off deck type of shoes for a cruise I was getting ready for to Hawaii. I had never heard of hey dudes but seen a white pair in the shoe store and they met the need I was looking for. To my surprise was all the compliments and questions about them from other passengers on the cruise. Two of them actually went to a show store in Hawaii close to where we docked and bought some hey dudes for the rest of their cruise. I have since bought 4 additional pairs of various colors not because they wore out, because I like them so much. My most recent pair that arrived today are the Margaritaville shoes. Love em!

None of my promo codes worked. Very disappointing. Ordered the the wrong size , but literally 5 minutes later nothing can be done! Very disappointed. I have had a refund before and they sent me the exact same shoe!!!!!! Very disappointed. A refund takes over a month. Very disappointing!!!!

Terrible customer service
I used the customer service bot twice, text help line twice, and spoke with a customer service--I have requested to speak with management so hopefully they reach out in the promised 24-48 hours. I had to ask my questions repeatedly, and was never given an answer--the rep stated that they needed to clarify their policy, and that though the item in question was part of a collab it was not labeled as such on the listing, and it was not included in the collab listing. I asked repeatedly to speak with management, and was questioned about why, and they did not escalate until the 4th or 5th time I requested it. I was told to continue to checkout to receive a refund, and after confirming her instruction and placing the order was told to enter a coupon code. The rep could not explain why the instruction had changed. I have liked the shoes, but have always purchased from third parties--this is my first time using the site and I am very very frustrated with the site set up, the lack of consistency and clarity of their policy, customer service response, and refusal to escalate to management. I am not sure I will be continuing to buy heydudes.
