I love HeyDude shoes and I ordered a pair for my daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately the shoes were delivered to the wrong address. After calling customer service, they immediately sent out a replacement. Thank you HeyDude!! Definitely 5 star customer service l!

Hey Dude shame on you! Placed an order shipping says 4-7 days it’s been 1 month! Tracking hasn’t changed says waiting to be picked up. Called customer no service and they said there was a shipping delay please wait longer! Is this how you treat all your customers?

I had a pair of men’s hey dude boots in my cart. A few minutes layers they sent me a 15% off code. I tried several times. Contacted them they said it was valid if I couldn’t get it to work screenshot it. So I did . Then they came up with another excuse. I have been a loyal customer but not a happy one anymore.

Ordered shoes on the site and status shows delivered but shoes never made it to my doorstep . Customer service sucks bad.

My daughter ordered Heydude shoes, on did not feel the comfort so returned them 17th july 2025 We've been following up for almost a month but in vain. The company people are giving lame excuses, for not sending refund . They sent a mail on 25th july that the refund will come soon. Nothing yet. This attitude of the company is totally irresponsible. Very disheartening. Will never recommend to anyone.

I have not received my refund after zillion mails sent as a reminder and multiple calls to the customer support.

I have ordered several pairs of Hey Dudes from this website in the past for myself and my son. I also purchase through Amazon and brick and mortar stores. Typically I receive my order in around 10days. However this order is different. I ordered 2 pairs on July 29th and a coworker ordered a pair for himself the same day. Neither of us have received our package. I’ve reached out customer service through email and phone and have been told there is nothing they can do. They tell me the order number “that I screenshot from this site the day I ordered and emailed the company for proof that it wasn’t an 3rd party vendor” isn’t valid. Even though the screenshot clearly shows this website. It is frustrating that I was purchasing these shoes for my son’s back to school and have been told there is nothing they can do regarding it. Feels more like nothing they will do. Btw this is my 1st negative review I’ve ever posted of a company. Now I have to try and dispute the charges. So please take my advice and go to the store to purchase or do like me and start looking for another shoe you prefer to wear.

I Love Hey Dudes for their comfort however for the price they are of poor quality. The materials from the bottom to the inside makes so much noise you'd think you were wearing plastic bags on your feet. Huge disappointment because now I don't like wearing them.

I bought a pair of white HeyDude shoes from one of their retailers, and within days the brown leather accents — including the piece with their own logo — and the inside material bled onto the white canvas the moment they got wet. The shoes were permanently ruined. This proves not only the poor quality of the materials but also a complete lack of competency from whoever is developing these products. For over 15 days I’ve been trying to get help. I reached out to their customer service FOUR times and got nowhere. Their policy that they “can’t process a warranty if you didn’t buy online” is absurd. To make things worse, every call routes to overseas contractors who are hard to understand and have no authority to resolve anything. It’s insulting and beyond frustrating. I’m furious at the total lack of accountability. I basically paid for a pair of unwearable shoes, and HeyDude hides behind nonsense policies instead of standing behind their product. If anyone from the actual company bothers to read this — not another third-party contractor — my claim number is case#08333875 and pictures were included. Let’s see if someone with real authority finally reaches out. Avoid this brand.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes and was so excited to get them. I didn't realize until after I ordered and paid that they were shipped from China which now takes 30 days to receive. Then after the 30 days when tracking said delivered they never were. Contacted support who said they'll send me out another 2 pairs I ordered. I wasn't happy but said ok they said they'll put a rush on it and I should have them in like 15-17 days or something. So here I am again like an idiot waiting, yeah waiting just to see it say delivered AGAIN when it never was. Yep didn't get them again even though it says delivered. So I contact them and tell them I want a refund, they said we can give you a refund but only 70 percent of what I paid. WHAT! So because they messed up it's going to cost me money. I was so tired of dealing with them I said yes, when will I receive my refund? They literally said 15-25 days!!!!!!! Wow what are they shipping my refund from China also. Oh and it's been 30 days and still no refund. They are a joke. They act like an American company but do business in China. Then scam people. And yes I ordered my hey dude shoes off the official website.

A link was forwarded to me to purchase as a gift. Foe some reason the when I opened the link it opened to a completely different color. I placed the order and learned a few minutes later that it should have been black. I attempted to modify the order via the website and there were no options to do so. I called customer service and they stated that the order could not be modified or cancelled. To improve your customer service I recommend adding a link that allows customers to modify or cancel the order within the first 15 minutes of placing the order.

I purchased a pair of the men’s flip flops in June, they arrived about 2 weeks after ordering. They were a Father’s Day gift for my husband. They looked great, he said they were comfortable and liked them. They aren’t an everyday shoe, maybe a day during the weekend for boating. Wore them a total of 10 times maybe and they broke. Simply walking and the piece that connects to the underside broke. I reached out expecting to receive a replacement but was advised it was over 60 days so tough luck! I’m beyond disappointed and truly can’t believe that you wouldn’t stand behind your product and risk losing a loyal customer. Will never buy another thing from you!

Bought two pairs of shoes, both very comfortable and a prompt delivery. Had a question about one of the pairs - sent emails, tried through social media. . . Nothing. Had many email offers - but when I clicked through it was not for the price offered in the email. Again, tried to contact but ZERO response. I do not know if they have a customer services team. Product is good, back-up and customer service is non-existent.

I've been wearing steel toed shoes/boots for 41 years. I recently bought the Wally composite toed work shoes. These are the BEST work shoes my feet have ever been in. Soooooo comfortable. I feel like i'm wearing nothing compared to the previous years. Thanks for these great shoes and for making my feet happy!

Ordered a pair if dudes for a birthday gift. Paid for 2 day delivery on the 30th of July, which was a Wednesday. Here it is Sunday still haven't received package. I called customer service. I was told the package wouldn't be here till the 5th of August only because I ordered after 1pm that day. That's 6 days. Unbelievable. I asked to cancel order and was told that it was to late. Ok, I get it. It was already shipped. So when when I do receive the item can I send it back for a full refund. Nope! We'll u lost a loyal customer here. I should just went to the local store instead of the website. Paid $17. 00 for 2 day shipping and it will arrive a week later. Hmmm all because I ordered after 1pm and the weekend isn't included in the 2 days. Crazy what a scam this site is pulling and I will announce this everywhere. What a disappointment.

This is my first time placing an order with this company which I will never ever do so ever again. the order stated that it was delivered to my house, yet it was not anywhere to be found. I reached out to Customer Service. They did not care and told me I have to wait five additional business days and then come back if I can’t find it. I explained that this is horrible Customer Service and that she did not even care and she hung up on me. This is the worst first Customer experience I’ve ever experienced and I will never give this company business ever again.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They were delayed by a week from original delivery date. Then the day they are supposed to arrive, I see that the package was returned??? So I call and ask to speak with a manager. They refused to get me a manager. I wanted to see about getting a discount code for the trouble with the order that I placed. They gave me a discount code that did not work. So I called back in and they told me the only thing they could do was have me purchase the shoes again for full price. Then they would refund the amount the discount code was supposed to take off in 7-10 business days. I said NO thank you. That was the only thing they offered to do. Still refusing to get a manager on the phone. I am done with this ridiculous nonsense with this company. We will not be purchasing any more shoes from this company. Then on the website they have a box to click that says Men’s shoes 40% off. I clicked the link and picked a pair of shoes out of the discounted items. You were supposed to put in the code SAVE to take the 40% off. I put the code in and imagine what happened, the code didn’t work. False advertisement!! Zero stars for this company! ZERO STARS
