Shoes are great, well for now. . . But the customer service is simply the worst. It is non-existant. I ordered a pair for my boyfriend, we used the size chart to choose the right size, but it didn't fit, so of course I returned them. First of all, they don't pay shipping in cases like this, which I think is weird since many stores do. . . But I did return them anyway. The refund I was giving is so small, it feels like a joke.

Ordered mens instead of women they don't cancel so now I have to get them then return them wow I'm done with them

They sent me shoes with 1 of the insoles being wrong. Refused to fix the problem. Buy some Sanuks instead better shoe/better QC, better customer service and cheaper!

Tried to contact them for 2 days about a sale codes, no response and code never worked.

Never received my order. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t help me. They said the shoes were delivered, but I never got them! I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THEM EVER AGAIN!!!

THERE PROMO WAS MISLEADING AND I WAISTED A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR CHAT BOT AND LIVE CHAT AGENT TO HELP. ALL THEY DID WAS APOLOGIZE AND SAY IT ENDED SORRY. THEY DIDNT CARE THAT I WAS MISLED AND THE AGENT WAS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY OF COURSE. NO THANKS

I chatted online and requested a replacement lace cap/tassle. The rep stated they do not have replacement tassles and she could not provide. She then ended the chat without allowing me to reply. As expensive as these shoes are and as many as I have purchased it is ridiculous that they do not provide this small amount of customer service. I would like to select ZERO stars.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in April and immediately my credit card was charged for the shoes. I never actually received the shoes that were paid for. HEY DUDES company just stole money from me and never delivered merchandise.

Shoe color mismatched and sole was hanging out. Kept encountering error when tried to contact company. Wouldn’t accept my return. Horrible!!!!

This company has spent multiple avenues marketing their product to me. I decided I would in fact try the product. I went to their website and created an order seeing the min I purchased 2 pairs to avoid a charge on shipping. The proffered an additional 20 % offer to untie me to complete my purchase. I should have notified the total amount was higher but I didn’t as after the order fetal the had you add the promotional code as part of your payment. The slipped in an additional $9. Reducing my $11 to 2. I called customer service to be told I should not have called. He was so frustrating to talk to I felt dirty after dealing with him I am surprised that they spent as much effort to engage me as a customer and the took so much pleasure in telling me to pound salt. It’s an odd strategy but it must work for them I seemed to enjoy the products upon receipt but I will not purchase any more based on my experience. I tossed them in the back of the closet as the way I was treated makes enjoying them unsatisfying. If you want service and a brand you can stand by I might look elsewhere

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my wife and daughter about a month ago never came. They said it just came. They don’t care if it came or not asking me to go check around the neighborhood to see if anybody else got them. That is just ridiculous. Why should I do your job? I have my own job to do. That’s why I paid for it. If it’s that bad just keep it. You could keep the money. Keep the shoes last place I do business with you

I was sent 2 pairs of shoes, wrong shoes, sizes. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and never received any of them. And dealing with their incompetent "customer service help" is a joke. I've called, and now emailed with heydude. com for over 1 week and I still haven't gotten the right shoes delivered or a return label for the shoes they mistakenly sent to me. I'll never order from heydude again.

I have about seven different pairs of Hey dude’s shoes all different materials. They’ve all been great until I bought the men’s sandals which I was so disappointed. I couldn’t even walk in them. You try to walk your foot slides left to right they missed the mark on this one.

I ordered my first pair a few months ago. They were incredibly comfortable. But don’t clean well at all. I went to order myself and my daughter a pair from their website. My daughter’s arrive and kept getting emails my shoes were yet to be filled. Reached out to customer support a few weeks later. They said, they were out of stock and wouldn’t fufill my order. No notice, no nothing. Nothing about my money getting returned. Reached out to customer support. First individual was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Closed my request with no warning. Submitted another request, requesting a call from a supervisor. They stated I’d get an email. I told them I’d expect a call. No call. Unacceptable. Submitted a 3rd request, they told me I’d get a call the next day. Still nothing. Worst customer support I’ve ever seen. I won’t be ordering from them again.
