This pair of black Wendy size 9 is my fifth pair of Hey Dude shoes. I first found out about Hey Dude shoes when I had a job where I was on my feet all day and I searched for comfy shoes for standing all day and Hey Dude shoes came up so I decided to order a pair. They were the same style, Wendy in gray. I have wide feet and it’s hard to find shoes that I can stand up in all day so I was skeptical because the sole is kind of thin. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that even though the sole is kind of thin, they are comfortable and even after standing for several hours, my feet or back didn’t hurt. After that, I bought another pair, but my dog chewed them. Since then, I ordered another pair of black Wendy’s which is what this review is on as well as another grey pair of different fabric and some really cute chunky sandals last summer. Which are really comfortable and are great for wide feet too! So as far as comfortable, yes, to me they’re very comfortable. They are also durable and well-made and some of them are even washable. The sizing for me has been perfect. I’m a size 9 and ordered a 9 and they fit my feet almost perfectly. I haven’t had to return anything or any other issues so I don’t have any experience with their customer service.

Bought online must of changed delivery companies had no idea where my order was. When arrived was wrong order. Let see how this goes.

I ordered a pair of jelly roll boots and the system doubled ordered. I immediately contacted them to make sure the duplicate order was canceled. I sent a email and they still shipped 2 pair. The system is set up to not allow you to cancel so the can get the sale. Hey dudes just got sued for 1. 8 million from the ftc for shady dealings. Buyer Beware!

They will lie telling you they sent a refund! They never will. They lied to me alot of times. Stay away from this sleezy company. Save yourself this headache. Worst company I ever dealt with!!!!

Extremely rude employees, they take no blame or accountability for any of their mistakes. I’ve ordered millions of hey dudes, but that’ll be stopping today. F you guys!!!

Sizing sucks big time. Size 13 is like size 12. They run small and aren't comfy.

With some hassle I was promise a full refund for my defective pair of shoes. BUT I did not get a full refund, they minus the shipping fee - I understand the shipping fee if I had changed my mind and sent it back BUT this was a defective pair of shoes, I think its fair that I get full refund!!! When I contacted them again, they promise a remaining balance to be refunded, but then I got another email saying it is the shipping fee - HOW SKETCHY IS THIS COMPANY???

I think I’m probably the only person in the world who dislikes my Hey Dudes. I purchased them from a shoe store (not online), and I did so at the encouragement of the salesperson and multiple customers in store. I was told they were light weight (they are), easy to slip on/off (they are), come in a variety of color/patterns (not in store), but mostly that they are so comfortable I wouldn’t know I was wearing them (they are NOT and I do know). The memory foam is pretty much not existent and after just one wear it feels like there is no foam at all, and they are hot! Seriously hot to wear. I can only wear them twice a week or so because if I wear them more than that the bottoms of my feet feel bruised and tender. I’ll keep them until they fall apart because I don’t want to waste the money, but I won’t be buying another pair.

I can't say enough good things about Hey Dude shoes but this review is to rave about their customer service. I purchased a pair of their slippers and the elastic broke. I contacted them and they were almost immediate in their responses and they are sending me a new pair of slippers. They were incredible, punctual, and solved my issue quickly!!! Thank you, Hey Dude!!

Loved these from the start and only wear occasionally. Academy had them on sale I ended up with two pairs for $13 a piece, which inspired me to order a third pair at full price online that I reply liked. My feet ache in them after an hour, I tried adding thick padded socks, but it didn’t help. My old originals are amazing, my new ones are comparable to wearing an ill fitting pair of cardboard house slippers. It’s a so disappointing.

DO NOT buy the white womens hey dude with the leather brown tag. They got a little wet and the brown has run all down my shoes ruining them.

I bought two pairs of shoes in order to help receive free shipping. They cancelled one of my pairs and when I tried to order another they still wanted me to pay shipping. Customer service is horrid and no help. Buy in store only.

I ordered a pair of boots from Hey Dudes to be shipped to a different address. When I got the confirmation it showed it was shipping to my address. I called Hey Dude and I got a customer representative with a foreign accent. I requested a change to the shipping address and was told it couldn’t be done and I would have to wait till it was shipped and that I would have to call the carrier. I made the call within 5 minutes of getting the confirmation. This is a very poor business practice. Buyer beware of poor business practices when purchasing on The Hey Dude website. By the way I have 4 pairs of dudes and will never purchase or ask for any more of them as gifts.

So I ordered a pair of M UK 11 jutes and found they were a little small so returned them and ordered the M UK12. This was back in August 2025 and 2 deliveries later, I still don't have the right size. To give a little credit, I don't need to return the wrong size items, but to get it wrong twice is some going. I was so frustrated that after the second time I asked for a full refund and for a 3rd reshipment, which they agreed to, only to find,after contacting their customer services that as I have had a refund there will be no reshipment!!! Don't Trust The Brand

Ordered my first pair of shoes a couple weeks ago. Shipping was extremely slow and once I finally got them they were to big. I went to return them and found that even though their policy states free returns that is not the case for international shoppers. I was asked to purchase my own return label or use one of their labels at a discounted rate. Either option was not cheap and would have cost half of what I originally paid for the shoes. I reached out to the company, they said because of duties and terrifs they can't not offer free returns. When I pointed out a second time that their policy lacked transparency and didn't explain international returns I got a very similar reply in response. They are not willing to help and I don't this is the first they have come across this. I will not be supporting a company going forward!

LOVE the shoes, HATE their customer service. One of the worst customer service encounters I have ever had! Do yourself a favor & skip the website, just go to the store & get what you need.

If there would be minus stars i would not hesitate to give that also. This company is super fraud. Worst quality product and they don't give refund also. It's been 10 months I have not got my refund. T

Do not buy do not know how to ship shoes. Will be lost by UPS.

Ordered these at a cost of 130. 00 Canadian (ordered from a Canadian website) they are too small for my husband. Emailed the company and they are actually in the US and are only going to give me back 86. 68 and I have to pay for the shipping. I won’t be ordering from HeyDude ever again

I bought my second pair of shoes. Same seam ripped in both pair Poor quality. No help from customer service.
