I have been using the Bonifide products for over two years now upon my personal physician’s recommendation and find them to be the only thing that truly works for me. My hot flashes were awful until and I tried so many different remedies and supplements. Nothing has been as effective as Thermella. This is the real deal.
Customer Care Team Member was responsive, kind and very helpful. Appreciate the correction of my order.

I am a repeat costumer. After my credit card being rejected several times online I contacted customer service via phone. The representative took my info including the same credit card info I submitted online and processed the order. She confirmed the billing address and separate shipping address. However the confirmation email showed the shipping address as the same as the billing address. I called customer service again and a different rep guaranteed that the order would not be shipped to the billing address. This has been a very frustrating process to submit a repeat order.
I did not re-order this. It was a one time thing and it does not work for me.
Please do not send me any more of these pills THEY DINT WORK!!
Please cancel this . I don't want the mixing powder.
Easy to navigate website, I'd seen several ads on TV for other products so went looking to see if they had anything for sleep. LOTS of good reviews,- just have to wait & see how it goes! I haven't gotten my product yet!
I like the product, but I don't like the fact that there is no reminder prior to shipment on subscriptions. I needed to skip one but it was too late by the time I checked my account.
I did not place this order Once before I explained that I do not want auto shipments and will actually place an order when I am ready. Do not ship this order.
It would be hepful if there was a coutesy email before processing a order. My subscription was paused and today it was processed and shipped. I'm no longer at the address listed and now it will be sent to the wrong address. This happened once before and I am out of another $114!

Didn't work for me. Didn't know that I would be automatically enrolled in a renewal plan. Don't want more and not sure where to go to stop it since I never registered and don't have an account.
This subscription was cancelled months ago and I’m still being charged. Please cancel my subscription as after 12 months product does not work for me.
It would be helpful to get a forewarning of an upcoming subscription refill so that Bonus Club points can be redeemed for the purchase.

The product is great. The cancellation policy is ridiculous… My spouse passed away and I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a year… Every time you fulfill it all it does is remind me of my painful loss… How the hell do I cancel my subscription. You have hurt me long enough.
I have cancelled this order twice. . . it did NOT work for me. . . yet Bonafide keeps charging and processing!
Canceling subscription plans is not easy. One should be able to cancel everything that's in one's subscription plan. I got charged for a product that was in my plan which I thought was canceled and now have to pay a fee to return the product. Again, canceling subscription plan is not easy.
