Your staff & products are the absolute best. It's just that somehow my body is changing (I guess) & I'm not needing them like I did in the past. So please put my account on HOLD after I receive and pay for this last shipment. I'm only using about one per week or 10 days. I still have 30 left from the last shipment. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

It would be extremely helpful to receive an email a week prior to my order being processed in the event I need to make changes. Getting an email after the fact is not helpful

Horrible company. We have repeatedly canceled the product that I am not using! Once the company gets ahold of your credit card number they place you on a subscription program and never give you an option to confirm your shipment. Instead you receive an email after the fact and cannot cancel. Zero stars!!

Your website was horrible. Every time I tried to order or update my credit card information the "robot" you had answering was clueless. I was finally able to reach a "live" person. The person, Jen whom I spoke with was phenomenal, understanding and so nice. She understood exactly what was happening in my account and was able to rectify it for me. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO JEN who did an outstanding job in assisting me.
