Be careful with this company! The product was recommended to me by my gynecologist, but caused severe complications. I tried several times to contact the company to cancel my subscription which I never did, I only did a one-time purchase, but always have only automatic system reply. You cannot talk to a human. I suspect a fraud

I am 77 years old still having hot flashes. Relizen has been a life saver. My hot flashes are few and in-between and very light. Customer service has been outstanding. I am very appreciative of their help.

Huge waste of money! I received my order and used it once. A disgusting mess! I called to cancel and requested a refund. BUYER BEWARE. They don't give refunds unless the product has never been opened???? Really? Anyway, good luck canceling your subscription. I had to call 3 times to get it cancelled. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE PRODUCT. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Great advice. It really works. And customer service is excellent.

staff is very friendly but product was ineffective. in fact, after several years of taking their product, my hot flashes are getting worse. They keep raising their prices and encouraging you to buy in larger and larger quantities. Everytime I complain about the product not working, they talk me into trying it for a longer time. Now they are sending me emails about a different product that's supposed to work. I feel like all they want to do is get me to buy, buy, buy. I'm done wasting my money. Good bye.

Relizen is a good product, does what it says it will. Customer service is great and auto-ship is easy. Unfortunately, on a pension and in these times, I can't afford to continue with it. But if you can, I recommend it.

I wanted the Ristela so badly to work for me. I made it through one bottle trying to battle the bloatness and constipation that is caused by the Ristela with me. I went ahead and made it through a second bottle and felt some difference but the bloating and constipation was unbearable at this point. Once I got off the Ristela, I began to have hot flashes. I reached out to Bonafide but there was no comment for these concerns.

Love your product However, absolutely hate the application by hand. Could you come up with a delivery system like other vaginal products. It would be easier. And if u do have an applicator id like one and will thank you!

Don’t bother with Ristela. It doesn’t work, you have to take 2 horse size pills a day that are not easy to swallow and there is no money back guarantee offered. Don’t waste your money.
