My subscription is inactive!!! I do not want your product!!
When shipping product you always wait until the last minute and I end up running out of product before the next shipment arrives.
I put a pause on my account and did not receive any notification to manage my account as a shipment was being prepared so I could continue to pause if needed. So now I have a purchase I am not ready for/need. An email communication should be sent as a courtesy as life is too busy to keep track of recurring charges especially when on pause for a more than a month.
Placed order on 1/18. It is now 1/31 and still havenāt received it⦠I had to follow up and they told me my order never shipped. They said they would reship it and the new shipping would be āfree of charge. ā I would sure hope so!
It is easy to order. The process is fast . The service is okay and the package arrives on time at the right address
Not happy with this purchase just saw that Amazon has this product for $47 I wish I saw this before I place my order with this company.
no prior notification of subscription ready to ship to allow modification - just - too late - too bad for you - it is out the door - and here is a large unexpected charge on a credit card from a deleted shop account
The product is okay but the tactics this company uses to make it difficult to cancel or avoid a subscription are unacceptable. I did NOT authorize any subscription but simply thought I had put a product in a shopping cart and did not check out. Just received a notice that an $85 charge is pending on my credit card! Beware of this practice and tread carefully when on the site!

Couldn't use the product. , didn't know I had an active "subscription" get a email saying they shipped a order today but yet the order shows as pending and now they tell me Oh well. . sorry we cant do anything about it now So now I am stuck with something I will just throw in the trash being that I cannot use it! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never had any company send a email that the order is placed without some type of communication that the order date is approaching, but then again I guess you can't charge people for stuff they no longer want or need if you give them any notice to cancel. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
Please send notifications of upcoming subscription renews before charging the account!
I wish you still had the old clairvee capsules w the liquid in them. I liked those alot more they worked better and helped w other issues all in 1 pill. These new ones dont do the same.

TERRIBLE! Not notified of upcoming order fulfillment as any reasonable company would do, in time to cancel or delay order. Even through the order had not shipped, they would not cancel the order. Will NEVER recommend
