I get an order of products I didn’t ask for& trying to look at order & stop is impossible.
This product is really good, and I wanted to try it for the first time without committing to a subscription. I intended to make a one-time purchase, but now I see that they have taken money out of my account. I don’t need this product for this month, and I would prefer not to order anything online again from any website. I plan to return the product. Since this is my first experience, I’m frustrated that they continue to charge my account. Please unsubscribe me.
This is my 3rd or 4th request for help using my accumulated points, but no one has responded to me, why not????? I would like to use my points ON THIS ORDER, can that happen???? If you could please contact me and give a quick reminder on how the point system works, that would really help me.
I have canceled and still keep receiving orders!!!! How many times does the request need to repeated?!!!!
I am SO MAD. I keep trying to skip an order. It never happens. Your customer service is CRAPPY. I have trouble logging in. I never get notice of an order ahead of time. It is. It hard to do that I promise.
I never placed the order. I didn’t want two boxes of the one. I even emailed as it didn’t show up on my cart like that. You need to change the order immediately

IGNORED: I placed an order with Bonafide ONE MONTH AGO. The order was never sent. My efforts to cancel have gone unacknowledged by the company. It turns out I can live without the product, as I have had a month to try.
I did not order this, and I do not want anymore shipped to me! I will order personally only if I want it! FO NOT send anything automatically because I will report this from now on! I do t want no product from you anymore!

I never signed up for automatic shipping now you have caused my account to be overdrawn. I want the money put back in my account plus I want $35 for overdraft fee fees immediately.

Product does absolutely nothing. Took for over a month so changed. Was not notified of upcoming order and was charged before I could have option of skipping the order.
Always a little ahead so I am confident I will never miss a dose. Easy web site to navigate. Like the smaller size pills; however I did prefer the bottle better then the push out sleeves even tho they are very easy to push out with arthritic fingers. It is just a storage thing with me personally.
The shipping has been regular and right on time. This product has made a significant difference in my life. Never thought that this thing called MENOPAUSE would be as difficult as it has turned out to be. I am so thankful my GYN doctor recommended this to me. THANK YOU!
I just bought a 3 month supply of product. I received a confirmation email. Within seconds I received another email telling me the product is still in my cart. I think the first email is accurate. The second is really annoying
