I never get notifications that and order is coming up. I only get notified when it is being sent.
I have written and received confirmation that I put my order in hold. Why are you sending and charging????
horrible. they sent the wrong merchandise and having a hard time doing the return.
Your website was horrible. Every time I tried to order or update my credit card information the "robot" you had answering was clueless. I was finally able to reach a "live" person. The person, Jen whom I spoke with was phenomenal, understanding and so nice. She understood exactly what was happening in my account and was able to rectify it for me. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO JEN who did an outstanding job in assisting me.

My review is NO STARS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER "SERVICE" chatbot, who could not spell my name correctly. Then the agent had a script to ask a ton of questions instead of just cancelling the order.
They are totally crooked. Everything about the Company is a joke. Managers are not available 48 to 72 hour shifts!! Customer servise slow and they don’t hear you when you spell your name. What a nightmare I just want to cancel my order . NEVER EVER AGAIN
Site is cumbersome to manage. Omits apt number from my mailing address in order receipt. I hope mail person delivers it to me, without apt number. Never gave me an opportunity to create a password for my account. In Name and email address section my name is Mar instead of Mary.
I need you to correct my address it is 73736 Club Circle Dr, #404, Palm Desert, Ca. 92260. You need to add the unite #404.
I did not want this shipment made WITHOUT my consent. I was just trying it out. How do I get out of this auto program that I did not agree to?????
I ordered the Revaree plus but the confirmation image shows the regular, and the wording says Revaree Plus. Confusing that the image isnt correct!

This stuff works, but I just got a 3 month supply in December. I feel like I’m being ripped off because I can’t let you know when I need it.
They do not send emails if you forget your password and I’m not able to cancel my subscription.
