The box was totally crashed, arrived late on March 3 2026. I don’t know if the quality of product were affected but am not sure if I will use this product. I préfère to have a replacement that can carrier in a secure box
I told you I did not want this order sent nor to be charged for it! I’m sorry, but I wasn’t ready for it!
I went on your site to possibly order the vaginal dryness product. . then went to next page . . . . without confirming anything or entering any info I all of a sudden have a confirmation for order of sleep support pills !!! How does that happen!!! Terrible website I feel completely ripped off and no order went through for the vaginal dryness… I do not want it now…. very deceptive
I am a fan of the product but I’m frustrated that the website company bombards me with emails all the time but does not warn me prior to an upcoming subscription shipment so that I can postpone it if not yet needed. I will be dicontinuing my subscription now as I can’t trust the company to warn me in advance
I wish you would send an email notification a week or even days before an order processes vs only after you have processed the order. I do not need any more product. I have 5 months worth sitting here and recently lost my job so $100 is a lot of money and now it’s too late to postpone or cancel my order. I previously went in and pushed the order out as far as I could. I will now be forced to cancel buying from you indefinitely. Please please please consider sending a push email in advance of order being processed.
I am really upset that you do not give a warning that items are being shipped. Your items are not cheap and people don't need to stock pile
I ordered revaree plus and i am seeing the order processed is Revaree regular. I am very disappointed.
New packaging is terrible compared to the old. Before it was discreet and classy. Now it’s loud and busy and not at all inconspicuous for those of us who do not wish to announce our sexual needs to everyone in the room. Quite disappointing.
I was supposed to get a 25% discount using the DrJackie25 discount code and I did not get my discount. I would like to know why. That's false advertising.
It’s awesome to purchase from a company that rewards you by having you earn points on your purchases and then those points being used as cash against ongoing purchases thank you so much!

This will be a 3rd product I will be using from Bona fide. I'm currently using Revere for 4 years, Ristela for 2 and hoping the 3 month trial will provide the sleep and calm I need in my aged post menopausal life. It would be really great if Advantage Plans covered products that provide the health results we need

I wish I would have been notified BEFORE the subscription order was processed. I would have canceled it. That is something you need to improve.
I am so excited to try Noctera! I already use Revaree Plus, Serenol and Multi Vitamins from Bonafide and I love the products because they WORK! I think the new product is exactly what I need and I am sure many other woman in menopause do also. Bonafide has been a trusted guide through this whole menopausal stage of my life. I ordered Noctera and it hasn't arrived yet but if your asking if this new product is exactly what I need right now Yes!!!

I’m not happy that I didn’t receive an email with advance notice of my subscription. I realize I set it up but the majority of retailers send an advance notice to make changes. I’m this case, I’m going on HRT and not going to be taking this any longer.
Most companies give you a heads up that your order is upcoming so you can delay it or cancel. Not this company. This policy should be implemented. I did not need more of my subscription yet now I am charged $141! Not good.
