I just received my subscription in completely different packaging. It's wasteful and bulky. The old packaging was much easier to store and also didn't have all the descriptions on it - more elegant, subtle and private. Why on earth did you change to this horrible new packaging????

had a problem with my order, first person I talked with, I could not understand and she was not letting me respond to the directions she was giving me. I'm human, not ai. I need a minute to get to the right screen . she was reading off her script and would not stop when I said excuse me, stop talking. Accent is too thick and talk to fast to understand. I'm sure they can't function that fast when they are on the other end. They need to slow down and have a back and forth conversation. Second lady I talked to tried to do the same thing but actually slowed down once I told her it was too fast.

What does HFA and SFA stand for?

I don't like that you don't send reminders for upcoming subscriptions. I tried to cancel last time but it was difficult. I definitely will find a way right now.

I signed up for email and text messages and was told I would get 40% off my first order. Please explain why I didn't get 40% off. I only got $28 off of $141.

I never Subscribed to you and yet you take from my bank account for a monthly subscription I never signed up for . Nice going very shady .
