I am being notified of a shipment of product that I never order or releasesd. I never used the initial order and definitely don’t want anymore. The product is not what was expected.
No reminders that the subscription is due to be filled - this needs to be corrected. I like the product but I have plenty and would have postponed this subscription had I known or been reminded it was about to be filled.
Your website is easy to navigate and also very informative. Email keeps me up to date on order, shipping and when package will arrive and also cost. Free shipping is a very welcome perk!! I would not be where I am today with my DIV if it was not for Clairvee! Would not miss a dose-ever. After countless months of the itch, burn and copious vaginal discharge which always came with numerous trips to the GYN doctor and followed by many different oral meds and vaginal creams etc. with short reprieves only to have the cycle start again; she threw up her hands and said "let's try this sample I just got, can't hurt. " We had tried everything else. It was a sample of Clairvee and we never looked back. It took several months of slow steady upward progress, and now I am DIV free! That says it all!!!
A subscription reminder would be great!
I love the product. I've been using it a while now and it has been very helpful. But what's with the new oversized and wasteful packaging? Boxes don't fit where I normally store them. Shipping box doesn't easily fit into my mailbox any longer. Seems like a really unnecessary and poorly executed change.

Never give notice as to when it will be shipped. Processed at 2 Am. So if I don’t need it I can’t stop it.
Bonafide Revaree is a remarkable product. After just 2 weeks my vaginal dryness has disappeared and sex is no longer painful. I like that the product is hormone free. Ordering was very easy and I received the product very quickly.
Should send a email reminder BEFORE credit charge to allow application of bonus points. A simple courtesy that would go a long way with customers.

Really don't like the new capsules or the packaging. The plastic bottles were recyclable, the foil blister packs end up in the landfill. And the new capsules are so thin that pushing them out of the blister pack crushes the capsule and the powder leaks out. I will continue to use this supplement only until I find an alternative. It wasn't broken, and you ruined it by "fixing it. " Disappointed.
I canceled out of this on the previous order sent to me and returned the product. I am not accepting this order.
I am not crazy about the new shipping packaging with loud branding on the outside. Why do we need to advertise to our postal staff, neighbors, and friends that we are receiving a menopause treatment in the mail? Whatever happened to plain brown boxes? And the new individual boxes are huge compared to the old ones that fit easily into the toiletry bag. If you have more than doubled the size of the box and it’s still only contains 10 suppositories. Lots of waste. And now we have to empty the suppositories out of the box in order to put it in a toiletry bag.
I have emailed many times asking to cancel any further orders and you keep billing me and sending me the product! Please help me with a refund for the last order that I had already asked to cancel since I didn’t realize I was put on a subscription. The package was opened and on my porch and I will not use anything that was opened by anyone other than myself!
I was not even notified that my order was being processed and now I have to wait until it comes to return it and I will have to pay for the return. Not great. Even my dog food subscription let's me know before it's processed. Not great.
I have cancelled this subscription twice now, & sent the last one back, say it was cancelled!!! I want it cancelled, & stop sending me stuff. Thank you, Sue
