I am very dissatisfied because I spent over 25 minutes trying to just order the Revaree and use my rewards; however, the site is NOT user-friendl,y and before I knew it, the order was processed. That is NOT what I wanted.

I skipped this months and they still took the money I didn’t even need it

This stuff works, but I just got a 3 month supply in December. I feel like I’m being ripped off because I can’t let you know when I need it.

They do not send emails if you forget your password and I’m not able to cancel my subscription.

I was suffering with severe vaginal dryness, bonafide suppositories have restored the dryness with moisture I am so grateful because I cannot use anything with hormones due to past breast cancer and a genetic gene I possess that presents a huge danger of breast, ovarian, pancreatic, and melanoma cancer so I must stay away from hormone replacement therapy! I also have tried the Mona Lisa at my Dr’s office that did not work for me and it was very expensive! So I salute the scientists who came up with this concoction!! U guys rock!!! This truly truly works ladies!!

I had to make some changes to my subscription, and it was so easy! All of your products are wonderful, and the site is so easy to use. Even when I have needed help, response has been very quick and thorough.

I froze my order in 2024 and they went ahead and sent me 3 months and charged me without me starting back up again. I was notified it was being sent and there is nothing I can do to stop it since they are closed for the holidays. Not happy.

The website is informative and shipping is fast. My concern is that it is not easy to look at my account and change my current order. There is no easy way to do that on the website that I can find. I would like to be able to do it in one of the emails I receive from Bonafide. But there is no way to do it.
