I’m not happy that I didn’t receive an email with advance notice of my subscription. I realize I set it up but the majority of retailers send an advance notice to make changes. I’m this case, I’m going on HRT and not going to be taking this any longer.
Most companies give you a heads up that your order is upcoming so you can delay it or cancel. Not this company. This policy should be implemented. I did not need more of my subscription yet now I am charged $141! Not good.

So far placed an order and was pleased with ease. Not sure I’m getting what I wanted. So we’ll see when it arrives. Hopefully does what’s advertised My APRN recommended the product
I’m hoping you used a discreet box this time. A plain brown box will suffice. Otherwise, the product was very helpful for my menopause symptoms.
The customer service representative who assisted me was friendly and extremely helpful. This is a great product and I really appreciate the assistance I received.
I love your product, and my refills usually come right on time. However, this last one was supposed to be delivered Feb. 7th, and has not yet arrived. I got an email showing that it was “out for delivery” on the 7th — but no product. Then I got another email saying that my order had been delayed unexpectedly, etc. Today is the 18th, and still no receipt of the product. What gives?
You are sending it too often. I only use 2 per week. Please wait 6 weeks between orders. I have 2 boxes unopened.

Terrible customer service. they send me notification of sending my subscription refill the same day, I went on my account and it says it will be shipped the next day I SKIPPED it. immediately call customer service to cancel my order and subscription and she told me it was already ship. This is a very unethical Company. You're supposed to give customer enough time to Skip the order and even though I did, they still sent it. Now they want to charge me $7. 00 from my refund. I will never use this Co. again.
I did not sign up to have order automatically renewed. I only got a notice after the order was fulfilled and my card was charged.
The last order I received had melted and was very hard to use. I wasn't pleased. The weather was hot then. I am hoping this order will be ok.
Can't stand the fact I was given one totem which switched as soon as I paid and did not include the discount for being a new customer. Loss of about $40. Please help me cancel the subscription.
I have the email from when I deactivated the subscription. Today I was charged for another 3 months.

You renewed my prescription and charged me without My consent. This is dishonest. And there’s nowhere on the email to stop the order so I have to do a lot of work to dig up canceling.
I hate it that you can't let me know ahead of time when the order is coming up. I'm going to have to rethink this subscription.
The lady on the phone was really nice. . And helped me out a lot
