I have the email from when I deactivated the subscription. Today I was charged for another 3 months.
Please cancel my order. I have cancelled this earlier
You renewed my prescription and charged me without My consent. This is dishonest. And there’s nowhere on the email to stop the order so I have to do a lot of work to dig up canceling.
I hate it that you can't let me know ahead of time when the order is coming up. I'm going to have to rethink this subscription.
The lady on the phone was really nice. . And helped me out a lot

I get an irritation and have been trying to cancel my subscription without success.

I AM TRYING TO CANCEL A ORDER AS I DONT NEED IT. YOU NO LONGER ALLOW US TO CANCEL IT ONLINE. WE HAVE TO CALL YOU WHICH IS HARD TO DO IF YOU ARE OUT OF TOWN. IT IS NOT CONVENIENT. NOT GOOD. GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY WHERE WE CAN CONTROL IT ONLINE AND CANCEL THE ORDER.
Everything went well I cannot take the big pills i received I was told not to send them back will I be reimbursed for the pills ? I am thankful for what customer service did and all. And I hope the mix work just as well. I hope you all consider a smaller pill or gel cap those are dangerously huge.
These are supposed to be to contain 10 applications. At least that’s what it says on the box in the advertisement. After I placed the order, it informs me that the box contains 5. That is not a deal!!! Could’ve gotten a lot cheaper on Amazon. Learned my lesson on purchasing from the TikTok shop.

Ordering on the website is difficult and does not inform you on the order screen if the order has been processed or not. This is a simple feature that should occur on the website automatically. The products are great, but it's frustrating ordering.

HAPPY AGAIN
I ordered a specific product but the confirmation email I got is for another product. I tried to contact customer service using the phone number on the website and it said that you are not open even though it is during regular business hours. I have no idea how to cancel this order and get what I truly want.
I asked to skip this shipment, but have been charged. :(
I had no idea I was on a recurring prescription. I do NOT want this order. Please cancel immediately!
