I was sent an email asking me to review my order. I had requested that it be postponed because it was not working as I had hoped and wanted to give it more time. But they processed it and sent it anyway.
The product is great. I would appreciate a notification a week or so before the next order is going to be shipped. I have to prepare myself financially, as well as the supply I currently have. .
A notification that an order is getting ready to process would be appreciated in case a subscription needs to be paused for instance.
I cancelled this months ago. Do not ship this i do not live at that address. This charge to my card is unauthorized.
I am very upset as I have cancelled, have the confirmation of cancellation and was charged again!!!!!
Ordering was a problem. Didn't know if I did or not. Your chat helped 100% and made sure I ordered.
Customer service rep helped me resolve billing issue, answering questions on products and helping me redeem my rewards. Was very polite and helpful.

I am 78 years old and hoped it would hep me - it has not! I am now out $300 universe on prime video which I should never have spent in the first place. Please do not renew my 3 month subscription!
Product is fine but customer service/ ability to make changes to account is frustrating. Log in is not user friendly. Requested password reset and email never arrived. Finding it difficult to contact company to make changes to my account.
The product has not worked for me at all, I am extremely disappointed, and I want my money refunded and don’t want this order processed!!

It’s great but I wish you would give prior notification before shipment. I don’t need this right now and it could have waited another month.
I like the product but it is sold on Amazon and if I ordered it through them , I would have had it delivered by now. Instead I an out of it and I have to download an app to see where the shipment is at the present time.

I emailed support@hellobonafide.com 3 times ( on feb 7 & two on feb 19th) to say i never agreed to a subscription and requesting help on how to cancel and return. I only wanted to order once. This is ridiculous. Please refund my card immediately and stop the subscription i never signed up for very disappointed customer lauri schwegel
