This mattress is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It has that soft, pillow top, luxury-hotel feel that just makes you sink in and relax. I’ve slept on everything from Tempur-Pedic to Purple, and this one just… feels right. What really gets me, though, is the people behind it. Their customer service is the kind that actually makes you feel taken care of, not just another order number. It’s rare these days, and it honestly makes my sleep feel even better knowing they’re thoughtful and on top of things. Truly grateful for this experience.

Shipping was great and on time. As for the mattress itself… still unsure.

Shipping was an absolute nightmare. My mattress was lost and after a month a new one was shipped. Suddenly the lost one arrived and because it had been packaged and lost for so long it was like sleeping on a rock. They also slashed the mattress when opening it so I was sent a new one, which was wonderful! However, I had to sleep on the rock hard mattress for a couple weeks and then start the adjustment period all over again once the new one arrived. The new one was delivered by a third party (not Ryder) who had no idea what they were doing and I basically did half the job for them (which when you’re paying $200 for white glove service, should not be the case) The new mattress was definitely less hard but still VERY firm and I’m feeling like it was a bad purchase because at this point I haven’t slept in a month. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 3 is Mary in customer service. She was AMAZING and so helpful through this whole fiasco. Truly a gem!!

I just completed my return process of a Helix mattress. It’s a wonderful product but didn’t quite fit our needs. Every step of this process from order, to delivery, to response to feedback, to a return has been exceptional. It says a lot about a company when it comes to a return and refund. This is where guarantees are often broken. But I was offered a return or exchange based on feedback before requesting it. It was a great relief, And everything from there has been smooth, no surprises. Further, the commitment to re-homing returned mattresses is really impressive. I was able to donate to an art retreat center to meet a real need. I will gladly recommend Helix and consider it again in the future. Many thanks!

During my search for a new mattress, I explored dozens of options. Tempur-Pedic, Purple, other premium hybrid mattresses, etc. For a multi-thousand dollar investment I would hope to use for the next 5-10 years, I was extremely diligent in exploring every detail. Ultimately, I picked the Helix Midnight Luxe. This was a great choice. Since owning the mattress, I've thought about it 0 times. It's simply a fantastic mattress that enables some of the best sleep I've ever had. It isn't too firm, too soft, too hot, too cold, etc. It's literally the goldilocks of a mattress. I love it, my partner loves it, you'll probably love it too.
