Working with the company has been a generally good experience. One hiccup was when the delivery team claimed they were not told to haul away the old mattress- the white glove service we had paid for. Fortunately, when they checked with someone, they found out they were supposed to take it. The mattress isn’t as special as I was expecting after reading other reviews. Seems a bit soft for me.

The Helix Midnight Luxe is
The Helix Midnight Luxe is hands down the best mattress I have ever had. After a hip replacement, my sleep needs changed completely. I needed real support in my hips and lower back, and as a stomach sleeper that is extremely hard to find. Within the first week of sleeping on the Helix, everything changed. I no longer wake up in pain, I feel genuinely rested, and I can actually find multiple comfortable positions throughout the night. If you need support without losing softness or comfort, especially if you have hip or back issues, this mattress is absolutely worth it. I am so grateful I made the switch.
