This purchase was incredible. Customer support at Helix actually provides customer support. This is unique to experience. In a world where customers are told no, told they can't get the special price, or discount, or package deal, or free shipping, or whatever the false pretenses or misleading ad that brought them to make a purchase with a company, Helix is quite literally the opposite. Most companies would not be helpful to a customer that messed up the order and needed to redo it. In fact I purchased a phone from a company this summer and was forced to buy a second one because the company sent me a much better deal within an hour of submitting my order. An order they would not cancel even though the phone was not going to be released for 5 weeks. An order they would not adjust the price on to accommodate for the discount they sent me. Had to submit 2nd order to get the price, pay for both and send the higher price one back. Helix helped in ways that I did not expect. I was able to submit the order as intended and because I needed to contact them when I realized I messed up the order, get this, the rep I spoke with gave me an extra discount. WHAT??? Who does that? On top of that the cancellation was immediately processed and funds never left my account. The phone company I dealt with made me pay for 2 phones that arrived 5 weeks after I paid for that and took another 2 weeks after they received the return before a credit was made back to my account. Shall nameless phone company z fold in a galaxy with good customer service. Helix was great and will definitely recommend to everyone. I think I covered the requirements for the discount (kidding 😂)

Very happy, money well spent

I am not quite sure about the animated customer service. It didn’t give me much feedback on if they understood what I was asking and if I’m truly gonna receive the product I asked for. . I have not got a confirmation email or text message. I guess I’ll know in a couple days. I may reach back out and see if I can talk to a real person. Wish me luck.
