I feel better when taking metabolism plus and phase 2 shakes!

The cleanse along with the fmd diet really works! Just finished the 10 day cleanse on May 12, 2024 and on the following Wednesday had bloodwork drawn for my annual physical. My total cholesterol last year was 194 and my ldl was 118. This year my total cholesterol is 145 and my ldl is 80! And on top of that, I dropped 7 lbs! Will continue on with the fmd phases and maintenance to avoid having to take cholesterol meds.

I am on cleanse day 6 as I extended it due to Mother’s Day, graduation etc . So far lost 5 lbs but I feel lighter. I have lost inches . My joint pain is almost gone . I feel more energy and am moving faster than the sluggish drag. Wow I am so amazed at the difference just in few days of cleanse. So thankful to Haylie.

I have been here experiencing Haylie’s way of eating. I’ve done 2 rounds of 10 day cleanse and 2 rounds of her 28 day FMD. I am down 31lbs and so clear minded with no cravings and filled with Hope now even though my brain had lied to me all these years telling me I must be broken from all the diets I’ve been on and a drug addiction I had for 20 years that I’ve been clean for 15 years from had taken its toll and there was no help for me. I was delighted and overjoyed this week when I stepped on the weight scale. I've lost 45 pounds!!! I was so overjoyed I danced in my kitchen. I can't thank you enough for the work that you do. I happened on this podcast a week after being told by a mainstream immunologist that my ongoing (10 years) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome doesn't really exist, and that my high levels on a recent infectious agents panel are irrelevant, and all in the past.
