Just finished the 10 day cleanse and I feel amazing! Lost 7lbs and now I’m going into one of the metabolism rx plans. The metabolism shake was sooooo good! Looking forward to trying the other shakes and continuing on this journey.

I found this wonderful book in June. I read it and thought it was exactly what I have been looking for, for the last 35 years. I did the 28 days in July and lost 18 pounds. I had been desperate, nothing else was working, I tried almost every diet out there, but I always thought my metabolism was out of order. I did about 3 weeks off the diet and did gain back 4 pounds. I’m back on my 3rd week now and am happy with my total loss of 22 pounds at this time. I have never felt so good on a diet, many parts are becoming part of my lifestyle. I have Lyme disease, so I have a few allergies which present no problem. Gluten is already off, as is nuts and caffeine and alcohol. However, there are so many great ideas and choices, broth for pan frying and jicama for everything yummy. That I know this will be part of my life permanently. I hope to lose another 30 pounds and I truly have hope now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Great! Fast metabolism shakes are my favorite

Thank you for the awesome shake powder! I actually like Phase 2 the best, but I was anticipating that would be the one that I wouldn't like the most!

This way of eating is wonderful! I love the Phase 2 powder, and the bars are so tasty. I am a turtle loser but I have lost almost 13 pounds! I am never hungry but I never have indigestion anymore! I will continue to lose until I reach my goal. Thank you Hailey!
